The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Everything was neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. Our kids loved the ping-pong table and lower hangout area. This place was perfect for our family to spread out and relax.

My buddies and I stayed here for a weekend for a bachelor trip. The house was very tucked away and you had all the privacy you needed. We had such a great time! The hot tub was definitely a highlight. The house was also spotless and seemed brand new. Ryan was super easy to communicate with and made things much simpler for us. I would suggest this place for anybody just trying to get away and have a great time with either friends or a significant other.

Absolutely a great place to stay and perfectly located to everything you would want to have and see. A parking spot is available, but it’s so easy to get to her place from the airport and we would highly recommend using the public transportation and forget the car. Enjoy Seattle on foot. No shortage of interesting things to see on foot. This was a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and safe and secured access to the building. We will be back and this will be our go to place to stay anytime we come to Seattle in the future. A shoutout to Judy for being a great host.

Peaceful, warm atmosphere with lots of space. Love the view out the living room window of the beautiful, green, forest-like backyard. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Eight friends (four couples) joined my husband and I to celebrate my birthday with a getaway weekend for pickleball and relaxation. Laura's home was spacious and more than comfortable for our group. The kitchen is well-stocked, the patio dining lovely. Saturday morning was rainy. We enjoyed relaxing on the very-comfortable deck by the fire pit with books and conversation. It was cozy and didn't dampen the weekend whatsoever as the accommodations were so lovely. We loved the pickleball court and had a fabulous weekend stay!

We absolutely loved our short time here! The home is exactly as described, one of the cleanest Airbnbs I've stayed in, and has an unbelievable view. We saw a family orcas, porpoises, and a seal from the deck! Rose is very responsive and sent all information we needed to use and access the home and amenities! The community hall is also terrific and a great place to meet other visitors/residents of the island. We will definitely be coming back! :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tara’s home, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment my family and I arrived, I was made to feel completely comfortable and welcome. Tara went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thoughtful touches, it felt like a home away from home. Clean, cozy, and beautifully kept. Tara's home had soft beds, fresh towels, the perfect cup of morning coffee, every detail was considered. During our stay we felt very relaxed, warm, and very welcomed. Thank you, Tara, for opening your home and making our stay such a lovely one. I’m truly grateful and already looking forward to the next visit!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. It was so quiet and peaceful, the park close to the house was amazing. The house was exactly as described and was perfect for what we needed. Tanya also went above and beyond to serve us. Our car battery ran out and she came immediately to help us jump our car. Just amazing, I would greatly recommend!

We felt so relaxed from the moment we arrived and felt at home immediately. My husband unexpectedly had a medical emergency and we just wanted to be home but the place made my husband relax and recuperate in what felt like the next best thing. The windows and view of trees is a fresh breath of air. Everything was as described and had everything we needed and expected.

The view was amazing! Beautiful home that was very comfortable! We’d stay there again in a heart beat.

Our stay at Cecil and Shelly’s AirBNB was absolutely fantastic—our first time using the platform, and it exceeded all expectations. They are truly exceptional hosts who made us feel safe, comfortable, and welcomed throughout our 3-month stay. Their home is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained, with a very dog-friendly atmosphere that we appreciated greatly. The nearby parks provided great outdoor spaces for walks and exercise. I was able to work from home five days a week without any issues, thanks to the peaceful and well-equipped environment. Cecil and Shelly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and their hospitality made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful place and hosts and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, convenient, and comfortable place to stay for an extended period. Truly, it was a memorable experience!

Our favorite part of this house was the spectacular views, open environment, and comfortable chairs both inside and out. The house has a great feel to it, making us feel at home almost immediately. We also enjoyed how close it is to the walkway that goes along Ruston Way. Our family certainly wants to come back someday!

Absolutely loved our stay at this spacious home in Tacoma! Katrina’s place was relaxing and peaceful with beautiful sunset views. We had plenty of room to spread out, relax and enjoy family time. Beds were comfy so we were able to rest well. We loved the grill and well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals and eating in. We were thankful that Trader Joe’s and Safeway are so close and easy to get to. Katrina as our host definitely made things easy. We appreciated her responsiveness positivity. We highly recommend this home for a relaxing stay for a bigger family.

I had a very comfortable stay in this lovely Air bnb. It met my needs perfectly!

If you want a tranquil and peaceful stay, away from the hustle and bustle, then Steve's Spacious Private Room D is the one for you. It has a very large living room that can host 6 or more visitors and a very large one bedroom, with a very large closet. I say "very large" because it is pretty "big." I think in terms of value for money, it's the place to go. I have scoured Airbnb, and for long-term stay, it's the best option out there. It's a good balance between being affordable but at the same time you get the privacy and special amenities you need to have a comfortable stay. There's a reason the unit gets 5-stars a lot. Be mindful that I'm talking about the unit downstairs, there are other units upstairs that I know nothing about.

The house was spacious and new. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were crisp and white. The bathrooms were very clean. All in all, beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood even though it’s on a main road. Ryan was very communicative. We had some issues but they were taken care of ASAP. Highly recommend
