Unser Garten Apartment wurde im April 2023 umgebaut. Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss der Pension Ballwein. Es verfügt über eine separate Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, einem eigenen Schlafzimmer mit angrenzenden Bad und einer Terrasse. Sowohl im Wohnbereich als auch im Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanlage. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN und einen Parkplatz pro Apartment. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus. Mit Bus 21 können Sie direkt in die Altstadt Salzburgs fahren.

Our place is right in the middle of the countryside at about 750 meters altitude. Only 4.5 km from Lake Attersee and about 7 km from Mondsee you can take great hikes and excursions. The nearest guest house is just 1 km away. In a cozy atmosphere you can relax and enjoy nature. Good for families, couples and groups up to 9 people. However, you must book each room individually with groups. We are happy to be happy to welcome you! No public transport at the house !

Unser traditioneller, gemütlicher Gasthof verfügt über 14 Zimmer und ist mitten im Zentrum von Abtenau. Restaurants und Geschäfte können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Ihr bekommt von mir eine Gästekarte, damit könnt ihr die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gratis nutzen. Abtenau ist ein toller Ort zum Wandern, biken und Spazierengehen. Wunderschöne Seen sind in 30 min zu erreichen, auch die Stadt Salzburg und Hallstatt sind in der Nähe. Frühstück extra € 15 pro Person

Our house is a typical bed & breakfast. It is located between Bad Aussee train station and the city center (short walks). The rooms are silent. We offer in this house two double rooms and two single rooms. The breakfast is extendend and flexible. There are also vegetarian and vegan options. We are experienced hosts, because our family welcomes since 1976 guests in our house. And we stil love it. :)

Pension Haus Rohrmoser 6 (twin room with balcony)

The guesthouse is located in Salzburg Tennengau, in the Dachstein West ski region, a region appreciated by tourists both in winter and summer. 200m from the guesthouse we have the Neubachtalloipe cross-country skiing track in Lungötz, 10 km long and illuminated at night. 5 minutes by car is the Dachstein West ski lift, with 170 km of fantastically groomed slopes and 70 modern lifts.
