Ein architektonisch klares, lichtdurchflutetes Apartment inmitten von Wiesen, Wald und Bergen, modern, stilvoll und bewusst reduziert. Hier wohnt ihr mitten in der Natur, mit maximaler Privatsphäre und Bergpanorama. Im Garten befindet sich eine Holzsauna mit weitem Blick über das Hirschgehege und die umliegenden Berge. Das Apartment liegt auf einem kleinen Biohof, den ich nach Permakultur-Prinzipien führe. Auf den Wiesen leben Hirsche, es gibt Hühner, Bienen, Katzen und einen Fischteich.

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The lake is only a 7 minute walk away, as is the village center. Swing on your bike and explore the Salzkammergut right from the front door. Many walking and hiking trails start nearby. At the spacious terrace, you'll start your vacation day with a breakfast with a lake view, and end at the barbecue evening.

Willkommen im Scharferl! Zwei gemütliche Holzhütten, verbunden durch eine überdachte Terrasse. In der Wohnhütte gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Essbereich und ein Wohnzimmer. Die separate Schlafhütte bietet ein großes Doppelbett und einen privaten Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Direkt am Haus fließt ein Bach mit eigenem Zugang. Die Terrasse lädt zum Frühstücken und Entspannen in der Natur ein. Kaffeemaschine: Nespresso Inissia. Wir freuen uns auf dich!

The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Come and relax in this cozy and quiet cottage on the mountain. My cottage in Ebensee can accommodate 6 people and is quietly located on the mountain. It has been redesigned and has a wonderful, rustic charm without being overdone. Please note: the house has no direct driveway. You go up a flight of stairs and walk 200 meters to the house. You can park on the street. You have to be a good walker!

Die Unterkunft liegt in unverbauter Natur, direkt am Waldrand bzw. Fischbach. Die geräumige Unterkunft mit ca. 120 m2 befindet sich auf einer Ebene mit separatem Hauseingang. Am 4000 m2 großen Privatgrundstück befinden sich noch ein kleiner Stall mit Zwergziegen, ein Brunnen, ein Troadkasten und das Wohnhaus des Vermieters.
