Our cozy motorhome is located on the outskirts of Linz right next to our small town farmhouse. Swimming lakes are right around the corner. The tram station is a 15-minute walk or the bus is a 5-minute walk away. In 30 minutes you are in the city center. Toilet + fridge right in the barn (entrance next door) Stovetop + radiator in the motorhome. Bed can be converted to dining table. Feel free to treat yourself to a hot bath in our bathroom. Cozy seating and sun loungers in the garden.

Enjoy the peace and coziness in nature at the golf course 300 meters in front of the swimming lakes. My caravan is older and almost historic. But it is cozily furnished has new beds and there is a partition between the sleeping places. The kitchen in the house may be used by all guests. The bathroom on the second floor of the house is also used by several guests, so I ask that everything be kept clean for the other guests. The restaurant closed on Tuesday

Der Wohnwagen verfügt über einen Kühlschrank und eine Heizquelle. Es gibt eine Komposttoilette und eine beheizbare Babadewanne im Garten. Das Wasser im Wohnwagen ist in Kanistern vorrätig. Alles einfach und praktisch für Individualisten!
