Khalilah did an amazing job at welcoming us even when our flights were delayed and canceled! She even went out of her way to plan a special gift upon our arrival knowing we were honeymooning! Overall amazing space with exceptional views!

Brian was outstanding! He was super quick to respond to any question we had. We arrived super late and he still responded quickly. His place was super cute! The bed/pillows were comfortable, the furniture was great, and it came stocked with some necessities. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked every single day. The pool was fantastic, just what we needed with a 4 year old with! One thing I wished is that we didn’t wait to get the gate key from the office - parking in the middle parking lot saved a ton of steps! We made the mistake of carrying groceries up the stairs the first day we got there. The office personnel were more than helpful and friendly. Dawn Beach is super walkable (just go down past the security guard at the Marriott and follow the road by the resort!). There were a few beach towels provided which was nice! Overall, we had an absolute blast and Brian and his home made all the difference. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

Beautiful unit, breath taking view of the ocean. I extremely loved the gym area attached to the unit. Had real weights not the cheap kind you get out Walmart. Got a real work out everyday while staying there.

I was completely blown away by this property—it exceeded all of my expectations! The views were absolutely breathtaking; relaxing on the patio while overlooking Saint Bartholomew was a dream. The home itself was exactly as described: spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, and the bedrooms were comfortable and stylish, each with large, luxurious bathrooms. While it’s about a 25-minute drive from the downtown area, the peace, privacy, and stunning scenery more than made up for the distance. One of the best surprises was the fully stocked refrigerator provided at no extra cost—a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. And then there’s Irene—she was simply incredible. From greeting us with champagne to helping us plan our outings and even assisting with a small issue at the residence, her hospitality made our trip unforgettable. Irene went above and beyond, and we are so grateful. Thank you for making our stay truly special!
