Monthly Rentals in Upper Shing Mun Reservoir

This was our first stay with a sharing accoms and i'm glad it went smoothly. It's my fault that although i read the description and the reviews, i still wasn't able to tell this was for sharing. Sir Simon's place is neat and clean and very accessible with public transportation. He was also very kind and accomodating to us. Well recommended.

Gloria is a super great host, quick response and tried her best to make sure her guests have a nice stay.  We enjoyed our home-feel stay very much. It was our best long stay experience so far, many thanks to Gloria ! We highly recommend Gloria's flat. Before our trip Gloria sent photos with description on how to go to her flat. She is very accommodating, make sure the guests self check in has no problem and have every thing they need during their stay. Gloria's flat is very bright and clean, very thoughtfully well equipped  with everything we need. There were shelves and many boxes for storage or organize small items. Some non-often use items were also available, like tin opener, 3 chopping boards with different sizes for different usage and a humidifier. The helper Michelle even prepared some ice cubes ready for use in the freezer. The location of this flat is also very good. There are lots of shopping malls and restaurants around that area. A farmers' market is near by too.

Sven's bnb was a nice fit for me as a North American attending CUHK for 2-month exchange. He provides all listed amenities and the place feels spacious despite what I'm used to in Canada. I stayed in the smallest room which was more compact so most of my time was spent in the living room. The flat requires walking up some stairs to reach which was easy for a 23 year old. I had 2 other roommates during my stay that I bonded well with. Sven also lives in this location or visits frequently to attend house chores. The bnb gets pretty lit when the gang gets together and we have shared many good memories so far throughout my stay. Sven was an outstanding host, he found me near the Sha Tin MTR station on the day that I arrived and we went to the bnb. After, he showed me around the Sha Tin area such as the mall, fitness centres, and scenic walk areas. He is very responsive, 5-10 minutes reply. Generally a pretty decent chap. Thanks for making HK feel like a second home broski

I spent very good working days in this room. The room is located near bus stops and train station, so comfortable place both work and trip. If you want to walk seaside road, I also think that it is good reason to stay this room. I enjoyed walking along the road.
