This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Charming cottage by the lake in Sigtuna

Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 m. from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.Sheets and towel is provided.

Stugan i skogen med frukost!

Välkommen till vår stuga i skogen där en rejäl frukost ingår! Den finns i stugan så det är ingen tid att passa, ät vad och när ni vill. Stugan ligger avskilt och har ett litet kök med det mesta man behöver, egen toalett med dusch och en bekväm bäddsoffa. Sängkläder, handdukar och städning ingår. Stor TV med chromecast och snabbt WiFi samt böcker och spel att fördriva tiden med. Om ni är ute efter en mysig och ombonad stuga där omsorg lagts på detaljer så tror vi att ni kommer trivas hos oss!

Lyxig oas över trädtopparna i Stockholm skärgård.

Välkommen till denna fantastiska oas i Stockholms innerskärgård. Här bor ni i en lyxig sommarstuga högt upp bland trädtopparna med utsikt över gröna ängar. I ostört läge kan du njuta av solen hela dagen, ta ett skönt bad i bubbelpoolen & en fika i lusthuset. Ni omges av skog och natur med gångavstånd till havet där ni med fördel kan bada och paddla ut med SUP. Stugan på 40 kvm samt gäststugan på 15 kvm har alla bekvämligheter man behöver för att unna sig en riktigt avkopplande semester.

Mysigt litet hus, sjöutsikt och skogstomt, Värmdö

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

Stuga vid havet, nära både Stockholm och Vaxholm.

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Year-round accommodation, 40m2 built in 2016 with all the amenities you could wish for. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and more. Two bedrooms and a large combined kitchen / living room. Dining table for four. Balcony with sunroof, dining area and sofa group. With the sofa bed you can sleep up to five people in the house, although three adults is optimal, or two adults and two children. AppleTV with premium accounts on Netflix, Disney+ and AppleTV+.

Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Attefallshus vid pendeltågstation

Boendet är beläget i Knivsta Centrum ca 100m från Knivsta pendeltågstation. Med UL: 8 minuter till Uppsala centralstation. Med SJ och Mälartåg: 27 minuter till Stockholm centralstation. Attefallshuset är helt avskilt från huvud fastigheten med egen uppfart och uteplats. Invändigt finner du samtliga faciliteter för permanentboende. Plan 1 är ca 25kvm och sovloftet på plan 2 är ca 10kvm. Altan ca 20kvm
