Close to the lake where you can swim and a nature reserve with beautiful nature. Yet, it is only 20 minutes by car or bus from central Uppsala. If you bring your bike, it takes 35 minutes to the city center. The house is new and nice with a spacious sleeping loft with five beds (one 80 cm bed and two 160 cm beds) and a cozy TV corner.

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.
