Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Hos oss bor du 13 km från Uppsala C resp 7 km från E4:an som tar dig vidare mot Arlanda eller Stockholm. 1000 m från boendet går buss direkt till Uppsala C och under vissa sommardagar kan du åka ånglok till stan med museijärnvägen Lennakatten. Gästhuset ligger i Gunsta samhälles utkant nära naturen. I området finns trevliga Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, där ni kan äta gott eller handla lite.

I hallen finns även en låst ljudisolerad dörr till resten av lägenheten där jag bor. Totalt 35 kvadratmeter. Sommarro är 15 minuters cykelväg från centrum. Flera busslinjer stannar nära. I närheten finns restauranger och livsmedelsbutiker. Stadsskogen inbjuder till promenader i naturen.

The apartment is 85 sqm (915sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the upper floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Mysig etta på landet med uteplats!

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas! Varmt välkommen att njuta av lugnet på landet i en etta på 24 kvm. Bostaden ligger i ett nybyggt hus på vår tomt, och består av ett rum med kök samt badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Lägenheten är belägen några kilometer utanför Rasbo. Det är otroligt lugnt och tyst, med en bondgård som närmsta granne där man kan se hästar och kor som går i hagarna utanför fastigheten. Skog och fält skapar en vacker omgivning, perfekt för långa promenader!

It's a 3-5 min walk from the central station, a 5-10 min walk to the city centre and a beautiful park around the corner. Explore the city at our peaceful and centrally-located home. Parking available for the stay. Please note, this place is only available when we travel - if dates are not available please reach out. Also note, no pets allowed as we have three cats (who travel with us).

Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Litet mysigt gästhus på en lummig tomt. 400 m från stugan ligger sjön Mälaren. Här kan man bada vid en brygga eller liten strand om sommaren och åka skridskor på vintern. Nära vackert naturreservat med grillplatser och fin skog. Stugan har ett rum och badrum. Här finns ett litet, men fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin. Det finns en säng (140 cm) samt en uppfällbar gästsäng (70cm). I badrummet finns tvättmaskin, dusch och toalett. Lakan och handduk ingår.
