Very clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment with lots of natural light and nice view of volcano. Convenient location on residential street with easy access to local markets, supermarket, and Centro commercial. The lovely Yanahuara mirador is just a 5 minute walk. Walkable to historic center in about 20 minutes. Easy checkin with clear instructions sent prior to arrival. Host always quick to respond. If have any mobility or balance issues, be aware that you need to climb 2 flights of stairs. The first level of stairs does not have a handrail. We are in our 60s and found this first level climb without a handrail a bit challenging. But if climbing the stairs is of no concern to you, the apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there.

Very nice and clean apartment in a quiet an safe area. Also the kitchen is well equiped and there is everything you need for shorter or longer stays. We also enjoyed walking the 15-20 minutes to the city center. Would definetely stay there again!

I spent an amazing two weeks here, and would have stayed longer if I had more time! The apartment is simply lovely, with everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. The bed is the coziest one I have stayed in for a long time, and super hot showers! Both a dream for Arequipas cool nights and mornings. The wifi was strong and reliable for fellow digital nomads :) After previously staying in centro, I personally enjoyed being in a quieter area – but there are lots of shops, bakeries, and cafes all within a few minute walk. Would absolutely recommend this place for your time in Arequipa!
