We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Anatoliy’s flat in Batumi. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials a traveler could need. The location was perfect, with a stunning view from the balcony. Anatoliy was a fantastic host—he welcomed us personally and even brought delicious cookies by his wife Aleksandra. He was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

I am not exaggerating if I say that it is one of the best residences I have ever lived in. A spacious apartment as if you are in your real home and it has everything Key Advantages: - A breathtaking view, - Exchange at the entrance of the building, - Availability of most basic needs, - Washing machine, - The room is clean, - Check-in is very easy, - Quick response from the host, - Grocery stores and restaurants are not far from you and even next to you, but you need to take steps (about 5 minutes) and there is a 24-hour supermarket as well as a 24-hour halal restaurant nearby, - Several tourist places around you: • Meydan Europe, • The beach, • Al-Arab Street, The only negative: Lack of bathroom slippers I will stay there again if I visit Batumi again, God willing. Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Excellent host and excellent place.

Gita and her colleagues extremely responsive. Helped us with any issues we had. The hob did not work, so handyman came straight away and sorted everything. Place is a dream stay, my gf loved it so much;) balcony is good for small sunny breakfast. Also, they are very attentive and give extra for the money, which is always appreciated.

Nana is very hospitable, always in touch and ready to help, her brother met us and advised us on several places where you can go for lunch, the apartment is clean and very cozy, the apartment had everything you need for a long stay, next to the apartment there is a national park and a lake, there is also a beach nearby, we were satisfied with the accommodation, also Nana's brother took us to the bus station and helped us with suitcases, thank you :)

Amazing super peaceful place. 20 meters from the famous magnetic beach, but feels like whole beach and sea is your privately owned, cz it’s empty and all for you. We would love to come back in the future!
