Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

For rent is a holiday apartment near Stralsund, city limits 5 km away. The city center is about 10 km away. In 15 minutes you can be on the island of Rügen by car. The seaside resorts can be reached in about 40 minutes. Arrival by train is also possible (about 5 minutes on foot to the train station). The nearest food discounter is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel at home in two rooms that were renovated in 2016. An opportunity for extra bed is given.

Located directly at the Friedensberg spa park, quiet and idyllic. The main beach with dog beach, numerous restaurants and the Treppenbäcker are very close. It is only 150 meters to the children's playground. The EDEKA market is 1.3 km away. Aldi, Lidl & Co. can be reached in a few minutes by car or you can use the Bäderbahn, free of charge with the spa card. Ideal starting point for hikes or bike trips in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve.

The fenced garden and the approx. 40 sqm living area are perfect for individual people, couples or with the pull-out sofa in the living room even small families. BBQ together on the stone grill in the evening and eat together on the large semi-roofable terrace, read a book on the Hollywood swing and a sandpit for the youngest ones. The settlement at the Kiessee is located a few minutes from the beautiful and very clean bathing lake.

Come to rest in our over 1,000 m2 large and fenced garden, enjoy your private barrel sauna or a bath under the starry sky in the heatable hot tub. Whether in front of our beautiful hanging fireplace, in the sun-flooded conservatory or on the terrace, you will find the perfect place in the vacation home "Lighthouse" in any season.

The terrace leads to the pavilion. Inside there is a living room with a kitchenette. A 4-ring induction cooktop, oven and dishwasher as well as kettle, coffee maker and microwave are also provided. The couch has a sleeping function and the smart TV is 49". From the separate bedroom you can get to the shower bath with toilet. The box spring bed is 1.80 meters wide.

The winter-resistant bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. Breakfast is NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
