Truly a A+ location – close to upscale hotels with restaurants and (rooftop) bars. Just a 5-minute walk to Galataport, where you can enjoy great food and shopping. Taxis are easily available within minutes. At the end of the street where the hotel is located (about a 15–25 minute walk), you’ll find the Galata Bridge, which connects the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. Galata Tower and Taksim Square are also nearby. Honestly, a perfect spot!

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

Check in was easy. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for the stay. Plus, the location is great, relatively central and surrounded by hotspots. The landlord is very accommodating just as it should be. Overall an absolute recommendation. When you book the apartment here, you don't go wrong.

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

The area you are in consists of 4 sections. There are 1 2+1 and 3 1+1 suites side by side. In general, even if they are close to each other, it is quiet and peaceful. The interior of the house is exactly as it appears. Free parking is available.

This was a last minute booking, but Fatih was responsive to our request for previewing before booking. Nice Apt with views of the water, pool spa amenities available in Raddison for additional fees. Waterfront Park and jogging/running path. Free parking spot for the car. Will rent again if Istanbul again.

A cosy place to stay. The staff was helpful. Excellent location.

First of all, the location is very good. There is a tram station right in front of the house and the Kabataş ferry terminal is a 10-minute walk away. Taksim is uphill, so it's a little difficult, but you can get there in 15 minutes on foot. Check-in was convenient, and both the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. Also, there is a very large window in the living room, and there is a beautiful balcony outside, so it is good to drink beer. The washing machine worked well, and it was great to have a laundry rack on the balcony. The wall-mounted TV was also adjustable in angle so that it could be seen from the bed. The host was friendly and always responded quickly. I'd like to stay again next time

I feel at home every time

Really accessible place, 5 mins walk from the bus/tram station. Everything was excellent. The only thing that I did not like was the mattress which was too soft too my liking, everything was else was on point

Communication with the host was easy. I always got a quick response. The apartment was clean and tidy. It was very close to Istiklal street. It is an ideal location for sightseeing.

The location of the house is very good, the interior is clean and the host responded to our questions as soon as possible.

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.
