In just five minutes you can walk to the charming market square and shops and cafes, and in another five to the main promenade by the river. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen and a bedroom alcove. The sofa has a sleeping function. There is a shop and a playground on the estate.

We offer FREE OF CHARGE!!! year-round outdoor Jacuzzi, garden sauna available without limit from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Our cottage is completely ecological, because we care about the environment as much as we do about our guests:) Children stay for free, max. 6 people, including children! In Lipowska Chata, there is an absolute ban on organizing any events and a mandatory night silence.
