Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Utah County

honestly they went above and beyond. great place, awesome host. i’d definitely recommend it to anyone and i’d love to stay there again.

Great place! Spacious, clean, comfortable, just as described. Super easy access and central location. Close to the freeway entrance, shopping, lots of food choices, and entertainment. Hosts are great communicators. My family loved our stay here!

We were in Utah for the first time, and the experience was incredible. We stayed for 28 days in Karen's beautiful apartment. Of all the options we have looked at, this has undoubtedly been the best. If I have to say something but, it would be that there was a missing window in the living room so that the outside light could be seen, but if you will be outside all day, it will not be necessary and some steps were felt at the top. But not at all annoying. Everything very quiet and comfortable. If I go back to Utah, Karen's apartment will of course be our home. Thank you Karen and Bob, you are fantastic hosts.

This is my second time staying here and love it! Super cute and quiet! The host is always so responsive and accommodating. On this trip I had to drive to a lot of different places and the freeway close by made it super easy to get to and from the apartment. Right down the road is a ton of different restaurants to grab food which made it super convenient. If you decided to stay here check out the club hours, it is a must!!!

We loved our stay in Sunny's large Orem basement! We couldn’t have asked for a better home-away-from-home. The space was spotless, tastefully decorated, and we appreciated the comfortable beds. A few extra things that specifically stood out: Sunny was quick to respond when I had a question. Two large family rooms provided us plenty of space. The parking space was big enough for my trailer and large truck. We also love the location. It’s just a short walk to Utah Valley University and close to the freeway, so we were able to quickly get on I-15 for our kids' ball games in Salt Lake. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We spent time enjoying the large backyard with its privacy and great views. All in all, I had a fantastic stay. If you’re looking for a clean place with a friendly host this is a great choice.

This is a great place to stay, close to lots of restaurants and shopping and we appreciated the convenience of being close to the Frontrunner station. Dave is a great host and is very responsive.

The accommodations were very nice and met all our needs. We were there for two and one/half months waiting for construction of our new home to be completed. We got to know the property very well and came to feel like we were on a vacation. You have total privacy as the lodging area is in the lower level of the home (which is all yours !) with a private entrance located in the landscaped and fenced-in backyard. The furnishings were very nice and the walls sparkled with large paintings and color. The king size bed in the master bedroom was heavenly. Warning: You might have a problem getting out of bed in the morning because it’s so comfortable. There is also a large movie room with theater seating and a television family room. That’s right, two separate entertainment rooms with large flat screened viewing. Host Jenifer and her husband Monte are very personable and could not have been more accommodating. You will love it.

Perfect spot for our extended family. We were in town for a wedding and wanted to all stay together. This was exactly what we needed! Everyone had their own space and with the multiple living spaces, it never felt crowded. The kids had a great time in the theater room and rec room options as well as the playground equipment in the yard. Plenty of parking. Super close to fast food and Walmart. Couldn’t have asked for a better option for our family.

We enjoyed our stay at Silvana’s Airbnb! It was clean, easy to find, and the beds were very comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was working and our stay was smooth. I would absolutely recommend this place for a group!

My friends and I were out here in SLC for the BKFC event on the 10th and doing some late season snowboarding at snowbird amongst other things. While I have not stayed in many airbnbs (only a few during college and it has been years since), the only thing I can say about our stay here was “top tier” and genuinely “worth the cost”. Casey and his group were super responsive to questions, everything was as shown in images, and they were able to make a last minute accommodation due to an error on my part with no issues. The only issue was that we packed our schedule to the point we didn’t get to enjoy the place longer! Would HIGHLY recommend.

This place is amazing, we kept commenting that we wished we lived here. Everything is brand new, lots of thoughtful extras, we were all very comfortable. Excellent location if you want easy access to Provo, walking or driving. I don’t usually gush about places, but this stay was exceptional

This home was perfect for our needs, Plus everyone enjoyed all the amenities. Young and old where entertained and felt at home! Plenty of room for all. Perfect location, easy to access freeway to UVU, BYU, SLC Airport, Temple Square, and shopping.

We stayed at this beautiful home for Christmas. The host had a wonderful tree with lights set up for us. The house was clean and comfortable. We had young grandchildren staying with us and they loved the large playroom. Outside in the backyard was a trampoline and dollhouse. Inside the home was a wonderful theater room that was great to watch movies and sports. The kitchen was open with plenty of seating. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean with fresh towels. Our children and grandchildren were unanimous in their view that this home helped create wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. One final thought, the host was very responsive and pleasant to work with. I offer my highest recommendations!

We were looking for a place for our family to stay while we attended our son's wedding at the Payson temple, and we couldn't have found a better location. The home is located right next to the Payson temple. Although there is no direct access to the temple grounds from the street the house is on, it is only a short walk around the block to enter the temple gates. Nathalie was a wonderful host and quick to answer my questions. The home was beautiful and had plenty of bedrooms for our family. My young grandson liked it so much he asked if we could all move in and stay permanently!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, fun, and exactly as described. Elora incredibly responsive and kind, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Would definitely recommend!
