Holiday rentals with a patio in Utah County

Wonderful place for the four of us! Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, clean bathroom, cold A/C, blackout shades. Great location and brand new feel!

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

Everything was amazing! Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The location was great and made it easy to get around. Absolutely an amazing place to stay. Our mother passed wAy and we had a few hours to find a place to stay from out of town. Corrine was accommodating to push our reservation through. The peacefulness, the comfortable living arrangements made the hard to go through process so much easier.

The home was the perfect find for us. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, incredibly tidy. The host thought of everything to make the stay comfortable- there were many thoughtful touches throughout. Kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook if we wanted to, though we loved using the helpful binder and the wall of recommended restaurants to local restaurants to explore the area. The house itself is stunning, just like the pictures. Meticulously groomed yard, furnishings perfectly suited to the space. Hands down, we would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend. Nice apartment with great amenities

Great place and very well priced for the area considering prices of nearby Airbnbs. Place was difficult to find on Uber/Lyft apps but Paul was very responsive over messages and immediately helped in trying multiple different addresses until we were able to get the right one. House was cleaned very well. Great stay and great value!

Courtney was a great host!! House was everything we needed. A few small things like no hand towels and lawn was little over grown but Courtney offered to come by to take care of both. A little warning as our daughter’s car was towed during our stay, permit only parking on the streets inside community, read the signs thoroughly. The main streets do have free parking behind the rental and street to the east. Over a really good stay!

Lovely host and great accommodations. Perfect stop for our last few nights of vacation and good location for easy access to groceries, fun kid activities, and the airport to return home from vacation!

Tori was great to work with! Responsive, organized and friendly. The home was remodeled and felt cozy. The kitchen had extra amenities and so did the bathrooms which was a nice touch. This home is ideal for a small family since there is a cute kids room with bunk beds and a primary room that had its own bathroom. The backyard is a decent size too.

Best home away from home we’ve ever had. Entire family was kind & helpful. There was even a piano, beautifully in tune (I’m a retired music teacher). The peaceful feeling there was perfect to our needs. Our experience was uplifting and appreciated.

Alyssa's home worked well for an overnight stay for our large group. Everything was clean and inviting.

Host was awesome to deal with and very helpful about the area. Clean house was as described, nice quiet neighborhood, close to things to do and host had recommendations of area.

Joshua was great! Was responsive and helpful. The house was just as described. We went for a volleyball tournament and there was plenty of space for everyone! Will definitely go back!

We Airbnb a condo every year at the Vermont to get away after the busy holiday season and have a few days to ourselves as a family. This place was the best and the cleanest that we’ve ever had. We had a great time as a family making memories with the kids. Plenty of room in the place. The extra air mattress was also very helpful for one of our kids to sleep on. Master bed was fairly comfortable, much more comfortable than the others we’ve had there. The HOA just updated the hallways with new carpeting as well, which was nice. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

Great condo, very clean and nice, and great hosts

Conner was a friendly host. Loved his dog. He made us feel comfortable and we would stay there in the future when in the area, if it is available.

Amy did a great job! The rental was clean and easy to access. This is a great rental.

Eric was fantastic. The previous renter identified an issue that was resolved prior to our entry. Very responsive owner who dod what they said they would do.

5 Stars This place was perfect! The condo was brand new, super clean, and located in a quiet area. There was plenty of parking, which made things really convenient, and having laundry inside the unit was a huge plus. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely book again next time we’re in Lehi!
