Rådjursbacken is a complete cabin located in a calm area in the middle of the island, with close to Spränga jetty. The cottage has two floors. On the lower floor is the living room with TV, fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher, toilet with shower and washing machine. Large terrace to the west with ocean glimpses. On the terrace there is a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Cot, high chair available. A limited number of bikes available to hire. Docking area is available, but please let me know beforehand if you wish to borrow it.

In the middle of Utö with walking distance to beaches and amazing nature is this little gem. Perfect for those who want to have peace and stay in the middle of nature. The house is perfect for two people but works with, for example, 2 adults and 2 children. Just a few minutes' walk to the sea. There are several excellent hiking trails on Utö. A map is available in the house. "The community" The mine is about 4 km away where several restaurants, grocery store, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga pier. To keep in mind. A tour only goes to the Mine.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycle can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Welcome to our cottage with a unique location on a lake plot in cozy Gladö Kvarn. We are surrounded by large nature reserves, but only 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus to Huddinge C. Large terrace with lake views. Private seating by the lake. The house has a living room, kitchen, sleeping loft, shower, washing machine. Towels and sheets are available and included in the price. 500 meters to the bus that goes to Huddinge C and commuter train into Stockholm C, 15 minutes.

Stugan Storskär byggdes för några år sedan har allt du behöver för en bekväm vistelse på Utö, skärgårdens kanske vackraste och mest mångfacetterade ö. Stor altan med sol från lunch till sen kväll på somrarna. Utemöbler, kolgrill (kol ingår ej) och fullt utrustat kök, diskmaskin och AC. Brädspel, böcker, kortlek finns också. För barnen finns en lekstuga, leksaker, fotbollar, kubb och annat att låna. För regniga dagar finns Wifi och TV med Apple-TV men även en bastu på tomten.
