Detached and on the edge of a quiet residential area, a 3-minute walk from the woods of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, on one of the most beautiful cycling routes in the Netherlands, and beautiful mountain bike routes, you will find the two Greetjes vacation home. Through a private entrance, secured with an electric gate, you arrive after 40 meters, in a tiny house that is equipped with all comforts. Completely free due to a lot of vegetation, you can enjoy the wonderful Dutch sun on the spacious terrace.

Beautiful bungalow with 1800m2 for peace seekers

This pleasantly equipped holiday bungalow is situated in Maarn on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. The house is situated in a quiet location and has a terrace and a large woodland garden. This pretty natural environment offers several possibilities such as uwalks, bike rides and visits to various cities and villages, castles, gardens and museums. Near to the apartment is the Henschotermeer, a natural pond in the middle of hills surrounded by white sandy beaches and green sunbathing area.

Boshuis DenRooz is an atmospheric forest cottage that was built in 2023. It is 70m2 and is located in the middle of the woods on the Utrecht hillside. There are 5 sleeping places. It has a spacious garden of 600m2 and is located in a small-scale holiday park where use of the facilities can be made; swimming pool, playgrounds, tennis court and restaurants. From the house, you can walk into the woods of the Utrecht hillside. Bike and mountain bike routes can also be reached from the cottage

Guesthouse on private tennis court, near nature reserve.

We have a detached guesthouse on our property, 50 meters behind our house and our private tennis court. Perfect location for visiting Utrecht and Amsterdam (10 and 40 minutes by train, and the station is within walking distance). Also ideal for cycling and hiking because we are located at the National Park "Utrechtse Heuvelrug". The rent includes max. 2 hours (per day) use of our tennis court. Please let us know in advance if you want to play tennis. You can safely store bicycles here.

Unique Stay in the Countryside!

The cottage has a unique atmosphere, created with materials from the old days. It is located at the back of our yard, overlooking the meadows, the forest and the dike. In summer, the cows of the adjacent farm graze in the meadow, and the ducks and coots swim in the ditch. You can regularly see a stork or a deer! With the sound of the cuckoo, the lapwing or the owl, you experience nature very close! From the conservatory or from the large garden, you can see the sun rise in the morning.

We offer you accommodation in a beautiful, very spacious sitting room on the 1st floor with private bathroom with rain shower. It is located in an outbuilding (built in 2015) where a garage and a clothing workshop are housed on the ground floor. You have access to a private entrance with a private toilet in the hall and stairs to the room and your own bathroom. Sleep in a romantic wooden tower. Breakfast with fresh eggs from our bantams (in season). Our B&B is located in a former architect's studio. The seating area is bright and spacious. With a kitchenette with fridge, gas stove, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine and bathroom with shower, toilet and small sink. The B&B is located at the back of our deep garden, has its own entrance and sunny terrace with lots of privacy.

By entering the luxurious sitting area, sitting on a large leather sofa, you can enjoy the beautiful forest, the different forest colors and a lot of different bird sounds. In the twilight, you regularly spot deer, rabbits and sometimes a fox.
