We offer a spacious architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden in a hillside location. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps. Our house is allergy-friendly. The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

The spacious studio house with 4 bedrooms is suitable for a larger group of up to eight guests. Inside, large windows provide plenty of daylight and views. The first floor with an entrance, an impressive, airy living and dining area with kitchen island and garden view as well as a bedroom celebrates the community. Upstairs there are three more double bedrooms. From here, the view over the lake with Alpine panorama also opens up. The sauna house awaits in the garden.

On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

The over a hundred year old holiday home "Sonnenwinkel" in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bavaria) is at the end of a private road. The lake with good bathing facilities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes of walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes living room, a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with single bed (access to this via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

From the accommodation you can reach the train station in Oberschleißheim by foot in 10 minutes and the city centre as well as the airport in 20 minutes by S-Bahn. There are also numerous restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Another highlight is the nearby Schleißheim Palace, which is just a 5-minute walk away.

Small charming farmhouse in the countryside - built in 1904, nestled in a lovingly landscaped garden with old trees and fruit bushes. Newly made & tried and true! Our great-aunt Matilde opened her cottage in the summer months for vacation guests. We follow her example and have created a small cozy place where you can wonderfully relax. Both active vacationers and lazybones are in good hands with us.
