Loved Shelley’s place, totally recommended, safe, clean, owner was very responsive. There are lots of restaurants near by, had a blast walking on the beach, which is very close, could walk if wanted to. It was our daughter Bday, we asked Natasha to leave a Bday card and she did..As they say here in CR, Pura Vida!!!

This place was great. It was very well kept and spacious for us. We enjoyed the evenings outside by the pool. I it was very private and quiet. We loved the landscape.

Beautiful house with great pool and ocean views in a convenient location to Dominicalito beach (which had smaller waves and was perfect for kids). The towns of Uvita and Dominical are also close and easy to go there for dinner and groceries. The views were gorgeous and the house is wonderfully designed for a family. The traditional Costa Rican breakfasts that Yigzy prepared, along with lots of fresh fruit, were wonderful. Cheyenne was super responsive and helpful and we did many of the activities she recommended (river rafting, canyoning/rappelling, boating, etc) and they were all great excursions. In general, it was great to have her help for making car arrangements to San Jose airport, restaurant recommendations, etc. She and her husband live on the property, also the caretaker, Kiko, but it is 5 acres with dense vegetation and and the house is very private. We would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay there again!

Amazing views. The outside deck and kitchen are great and make the home feel much larger. Rudy, the caretaker, is super responsive if you need anything. The road and driveway are intimidating the first time but get easier after a couple of trips up and down.

We spent 9 days at RSA, a truly unique and memorable time. The property is beautiful and buzzing with life. Being in the misty clouds felt surreal. We saw 100s of hummingbirds and many other birds, toads, insects, and butterflies. The variety of flowers and plants in the garden is amazing. Hiking the “puma trail” was like another world, with dense moss covered trees and hanging vines. We highly recommend touring the property with Fabian - so kind/knowledgeable/passionate. Jan and the caretaker family are also SO helpful and considerate. The home was sparkling clean. There is a huge library of books. The beds are comfortable. The coffee harvested on site is delicious! Mornings were especially lovely. A few things: a 4x4 with good clearance and a confident driver are a MUST as the road is quite steep and rocky; 2 of the 3 access roads were closed, so local attractions and amenities were hard to visit/further than expected; for kids under 5, the trails are too steep/muddy. Before I dive into how wonderful this home is, here’s a tip: rent a 4x4 vehicle for your stay. The house is located up a mountain, and Ubers are extremely expensive—$30–$35 just to get to the base of the mountain, and up to $80 one way to visit the nearby waterfalls. Planning ahead will save you a lot of money and give you more freedom to explore. Now, about the house—it’s absolutely stunning. Spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, it truly felt like a luxury retreat. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Nothing was overlooked. The bedrooms are cozy and serene, with super soft sheets and very comfortable beds—we all slept soundly every night. The bathrooms are large, featuring double sinks, walk-in closets, and showers designed to feel like you’re bathing outdoors—with views even from the shower! If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, & peaceful home with jaw-dropping views, your search is over!

Wonderful! We would definitely return. This place is at the end of a dead end road so it is very private and serene. We are family of 8 with children and the pool is awesome. Found the place just as the pictures and descriptions are listed. We love nature and birds and were not disappointed. This is the dry season so the road in was fine. I believe we could have made the drive without 4x4. It does take a minimum of twelve minutes to reach the casa from the paved highway. The place was not booked much this month and Suzanne offered to let us stay longer for a discount but we had to get home but thank you anyway. The electricity went off for a couple hours one day and the internet went out a couple of times but we have been to Costa Rica three times and have come to expect a little of that. Go ahead and book this property and you will not be disappointed.

The house is very well located in Uvita, in a very strategic point. Excellent cleanliness, tidiness and amenities. The common areas and the pool are very convenient for the enjoyment of the whole family. The host was very friendly and concerned, always attended to all our inquiries and requirements almost immediately. Great communication and care.

Kerry is a wonderful host and very responsive. Her place is nestled in the mountains with beautiful views all around. Her lovely home is very clean and fully functional. A big perk of this property is that the water is from a natural spring!😁 if you love to be in the serenity of nature, I would highly recommend this place✨

This home in the heart of the jungle is a real little jewel!! We spent 5 nights there and loved our experience. The location is ideal, not too far from Manuel Antonio, Dominical and very close to beautiful waterfalls. The pool area is really well appointed and is a big plus. We were also able to observe 2 toucans from our balcony while having our breakfast. Melissa and Said are very available and you feel at home.

We’ve lived in Costa Rica and been to almost every corner of the country. Natalia’s property and guest house is one of a kind and incredibly special. Only thing to be aware of is that there is only A/C in the master bedroom and it gets quite humid (expected). Wonderful place to stay and be truly immersed in the south coast.

This was our second time staying here. It was very comfortable and the hosts always friendly and proactive. Great space very safe for us and our dogs. Very close to Marino Bahia Ballena.

The place was amazing, walking distance to everything we needed for a weekend scuba diving in Isla del Caño. Christoph was super responsive and attentive to whatever we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

staying at casa Lapa 6 was an absolute pleasure. the place was clean and inviting. the pool the views it really is stunning. my first night there when I arrived the power was out and I was pretty worried that this would ruin the stay. but it was on within an hour or so and had no issues afterwards. the roads getting up the mountain are the only issue I have with the place and I'm pretty sure that's out of their control. if you're going to stay here. please do yourself a favor and get a big suv with all wheel drive. not a compact suv or crossover with all whell drive. Just trust me on this. hope to stay again in the future.

Luis was a wonderful host. Very attentive and responsive, and had no problem answering our questions despite the language barrier. All the necessities were available, as well as extras we didn't expect. His family even gave us a small parting gift for each of my young children on our last day. The house is in a beautiful location; somewhat difficult to find at first through the winding mountain roads, but once we knew where it was it was nice to have such a private spot. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Having a morning coffee on the patio looking out over the valley was my favourite part of our trip!

The house is as shown in the photos, the wifi works well and there are utensils for easy cooking.

Martina and the place were absolutely spectacular. Upon arrival, you are taken away to another place with the lush jungle, amazing landscaping, and beautiful views overlooking the Uvita Whale’s Tail below. The property and house are perfect and the location is great as well as you are a less than 10 minute from the town of Uvita with lots of great restaurants & amenities. Can’t wait to come back at is it absolute paradise!

We stayed here for a week and the pictures do not do justice. This is a lovely home, nestled in the hills overlooking the town and ocean. There are lots of wildlife and plants surrounding the home but yet only 10 minutes away from town. We really enjoyed our stay and we could not have asked for a better host. Highly recommended!
