Spread over two levels with a fully equipped private courtyard, it offers spacious, well-appointed interiors: a living area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two junior suites with private bathrooms, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, mosquito screens, and smart TV. Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Casa Tucano - Apartment Suite

Comfortable and elegant ground floor apartment including beach umbrella located just 100 meters away. Completely renovated, it consists of a large and bright open space with kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and 55" TV. The sleeping area consists of a double suite with an en-suite bathroom and a chromotherapy shower, a lovely bedroom with a bunk bed and a second bathroom. It completes a large terrace with an umbrella and sitting area where you can spend time relaxing.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
