The rooms are spacious and overlook the sea and the pool. The barbecue allows you to prepare outdoor meals. There is free parking in the building in an individual garage. When leaving the house, you have everything within walking distance: beach, restaurants, surf school, fish market and the sunset.

Large rooms with lots of natural light. Outside there is a barbecue that you can use to grill fresh fish from our coast. The property is very well located 500 meters from the estuary and 850 meters from the beach, where the Xávega Art is still practiced. In the vicinity (less than 1 km) there are several infrastructures such as bakery/pastry shop, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, gas stations, supermarket and traditional commerce.
