The property is very well located 500m from the estuary and 850m from the beach, where the Xávega Art is still practiced. In the vicinity (less than 1km) it has several infrastructures such as bakery/pastry, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, fuel pumps, supermecado and traditional trade.
