Evje has lots to offer, including climbing park, go-karting, Evje Mineralpark and TrollAktiv. The latter has a variety of activities such as rafting, canoe rental, paintball, bow and arrow and much more. Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

Huset er ca 50 m2 med veranda på ca 60 m2 rundt. Biloppstillingsplasser til 3 biler. Elbil lader. Det er opparbeidet merkede turløyper rundt hyttefeltet, samt badestrand med stupebrett og flytebrygge. Flott utmark for å plukke vill sopp og bær på sensommer og høst. Mulighet for å fiske i fjorden.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
