Listen to the burbling river from the private hot tub to a mountain backdrop, while the deep jetted tub in the main bathroom is an equally welcome sight. The gourmet kitchen has a Viking stove, while the wood-rich interior includes 2 gas fireplaces. New luxury king mattress and bed in the main bedroom! This property used to provide the "Rooms on the River" when it was part of the Minturn Inn on Main street. Now this coveted spot is all for you. Tucked out of the way on a quiet street it's the perfect place to relax after a hard day of mountaineering. The apartment consists of the great room and the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bedside fireplace, en-suite bathroom with jetted bath tub, glass shower and hot tub right outside your bedroom door. The main room contains a queen bed with privacy curtains which has direct access to the main bathroom and shower. The main room also contains a full gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, round table that seats 6, 50" tv with cable, and pull out sleeper sofa. The apartment opens directly out to the yard right on the river. The entire apartment is private including private entrance. The yard is shared with us, however we rarely use it since our children prefer the front/street side of the house where they can ride their bikes! My wife or I will often be out fly-fishing in our backyard river in the summer evenings. We're happy to share the space and tell you what's biting! Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible. Or even high-heel accessible. Boots are recommend to walk through the shoveled path that takes you to the riverside entrance. There is a rope handrail to help guide you but you must be sure-footed. Our family of four live in the completely separate upstairs. I'm normally available for anything that comes up, but do not want to impede on your relaxing riverside vacation. Minturn is a small ski town away from the bustle of Vail and Beaver Creek. Stroll to several restaurants, a winery, quaint gift shops, a record store, and perhaps the best fly shop in the mountains. Ski, raft, and mountain bike just minutes away. There is free parking in the driveway. There is a bus stop a 3-minute walk away that will take you to Vail for $4. Ubers and taxis are also available. Our home and property is non-smoking. No pets please. Pack n' Play with fitted sheet in unit. Ironing board/iron, fan, extra blankets, picnic basket/backpack, hair dryer in each bathroom.

Pullout queen sofa completes this ideal vacation getaway. 2 guest parking spaces. The HOA doesn't allow pets.

The cabin was very comfortable and well-designed, and I especially loved the quirky artwork. The kitchen was small but very functional. The only warning I'd give is not to underestimate the elevation! Going straight from sea level to stay at 10,674 feet was maybe a bit rash, and I did have a pretty bad headache for the entire trip sadly.

Words can’t describe how special our stay was in this cabin. I was excited because the photos in the listing made the place look incredible, and the photos don’t even do it justice. Nathan’s Airbnb was exactly as described! It was close to Vail Village and Donovan Pavillion where we were attending a wedding. It was very clean and I don’t say this about most Airbnbs, the beds were super comfy! We loved staying there and would definitely stay there again for a trip to vail!

We had the perfect couple’s getaway at this beautiful cabin in Jefferson, CO! The mountain views from the hot tub were breathtaking, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax and reconnect. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed. Dan was a great host—super responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We loved how quiet and comfortable everything was and spent most of the week just enjoying each other’s company in the serene mountain setting. We’ll definitely be back!

This home was more than we could ever ask for. We loved the location as well as all the top quality utilities, nice linens, new open kitchen and furnishings. There were extra linens and pillows if we needed them and very good quality everything, including the washer and dryer, and dishes. We really like the heated floors and the secured area and we felt right at home. The only thing that could've fit, our family better would be if one of the bedrooms downstairs had two separate beds instead of a queen. We would have loved to have had a hot tub to use, and a blender. The pots and pans are getting too worn and could be replaced, but everything else was provided that we needed. Oh and we loved loved loved the fireplace. Just a beautiful place!
