The apartment can accommodate 6 people. A spacious living room with open kitchen occupies the entire ground floor. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms overlooking a large, sunny shared balcony, as well the toilet and bathroom. The carefully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook according to your desires, just like at home!

Apartment located on the first floor of an old village house, completely renovated in 2025. La Vachette (1356 m altitude) is located at the beginning of the Clarée Valley road. (Névache 16 km away) In summer, the Briançonnais hikes are nearby and for cyclists, the great passes (Lautaret, Galibier, Izoard, etc.) are within pedaling distance. In winter, the ski resorts of Montgenèvre (8 km) and Serre Chevalier (9 km) are quickly accessible.

It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

The accommodation is close to Briançon and its old town, 10 km from Italy and close to cross-country skiing trails and hiking trails. The resorts of Montgenèvre and Serre Chevalier are within 10 minutes by car. Perfect for a couple wishing to combine calm, relaxation, mountain sports and visits to the local heritage.

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

In the heart of the old town of Briançon (Vauban City) studio with lots of charm, very comfortable, nicely furnished. Accommodation with a lot of character, located near the college. Perfect for winter, 1km from the ski lifts (bus service at Serre Chevalier station) and for summer walks. To make it easier to get around town, we'll give you guest cards to take advantage of the free city bus.
