The house, surrounded by greenery, offers newly renovated accommodation, equipped with every comfort: new bathroom, with shower, toilet and sink, a living area with kitchen (induction cooktop with two burners) and a double bedroom. The accommodation overlooks a garden and a patio. Pets and farmyard animals live with us, and you can visit them. The room overlooks the patio, with a view of Monte Majella. Welcome to my cottage in Casacanditella. This small but cozy house is an ideal place for a relaxing stay. With its strategic location, in just 20 minutes you can easily reach both the mountains (Majella massif) and the sea (Adriatic beaches, including the famous Trabocchi coast). Nearby, about 3.5 km away, you can visit a splendid Baronial Castle where you can taste the best wines of the area, (Castello di Semivicoli).

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

Your room will be inside the Agricasa Caprafico, the historic house inhabited by our family since 1924. You will have a double bed with the possibility of adding another single bed. Private bathroom and kitchen. On request there is the possibility of adding breakfast and a delicious dinner prepared by my mother Ivana based on typical local products and our production!
