The house is in the Sierra del Courel, one of Galicia's natural paradises. A traditional house that retains the essence of yesteryear but with all the amenities. Ideal for a tourist stay or telecommuting. 10 minutes from the center of Seoane where there is a supermarket, bar, pharmacy or medical center. Located on the Rio Pequeno route and 20 minutes from the jewel of Courel, the Devesa da Rogueira. Next to the house you have a chestnut forest and very close to a limestone mountain (Taro Branco).
