The apartment is as seen in the publication, cozy and excellently equipped. The location is privileged, with a beautiful view of the Calle Caller river. The hostess takes care of every detail, delivering exceptional service. Always attentive to needs, providing useful information and very kind at all times. If we return to Valdivia, we will return to the apartment, highly recommended.

Luis was always very kind and attentive to our questions, the apartment is very comfortable and warm for these cold winter days. It has all the amenities and as shown in the photographs, we felt at home, everything was clean and tidy, and the kitchen is very well equipped, we didn't need anything for our stay, we left very satisfied and eager to return.

Maria’s apartment was perfect for our stay. We were visiting our daughter who is an exchange student at the university. The apartment is clean, so convenient to restaurants, with great fruit stand just minutes away, and a private parking space. It felt very safe and quiet. Maria was very responsive and friendly. The apartment is new, spacious and clean and well located. As an opportunity for improvement I would put a center table in the living room (it is necessary) and at times we heard a small noise in the nights that in the long run bothered to be in the living room or in the kitchen, a noise almost imperceptible and we thought it was from outside the apartment but then by unplugging the refrigerator we realized that it was so that since we did not handle many things in the cold we would unplug it

This place has a perfect location. Very convenient. Javier is nice host. In the room you will find refrigerator, microwave, electrical kettle, coffee, tea. This room is light and warm ( middle of March). The bed was cozy.

It is a 1st floor apartment very well located in Valdivia, new, with many amenities, 2 full bathrooms, spacious and very well equipped kitchen. Good quality beds and bedding. With good heating, secure indoor parking, with access control. Highly recommended for a stay in Valdivia, whether for one night or several days. The host is friendly.
