Steps from the Pedro de Valdivia bridge, Cau Cau and Cruces, 15 minutes from downtown on foot, the river fair, the waterfront and Casino, transportation to the door, minibuses and buses. 20 minutes to the Valdivian coast. It does not have parking, the location is safe and has free parking spaces in the building outside of it.
