Ligging van het huis is in sinaasappel- en mandarijnengaarden nabij Vilamarxant. Dit is zo'n 25 km van het vliegveld en centrum van Valencia. De laatste 2 jaar is veel vernieuwd; kozijnen, keuken, badkamer, 2xairco en kachel. Het huis heeft 2 badkamers, 3 slaapkamers met een dubbel bed en een kamer met een stapelbed voor kinderen.
