Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Valencian Community

We LOVED this stay. Alicante is a beautiful location and this home was perfect! Lots of space for everyone and in walking distance to everything. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Their home was prepared to feel like home. This was the only Airbnb so far that had a fully stocked kitchen to cook and prepare food we purchased and even some food left for us. We also enjoyed the beach umbrellas and sand toys that were left for the kids to play with. We would love to come back and stay for even longer! We recommend iced coffee from Dulce Raval, eating dinner at Plaza 6 and enjoying ice cream at Gioelia. I encourage everyone to book their stay here and enjoy the view.

Daniela has been a great host. Impeccable communication and an unbeatable apartment: very close to the beach, top cleanliness and with everything you need. I recommend it 100% if you need a cozy and quiet place to rest and explore the Dènia area

We loved our stay. The apartment is nicely situated, with a good layout, and it had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. On top, Joaquin was an excellent host! Very friendly, helpful, and responsive. It really felt like he cared and wanted to make our vacation as comfortable as possible. We can easily recommend this spot for a trip to Benicàssim

Jorge was very kind to us before we arrived. He told us how to get there and was flexible with the check-in, even though we arrived later than check-in time. The departure time was also flexible, so we could enjoy the last day more. The apartment is 1 minute from the beach, and in a very nice and quiet area. It has air conditioning and all the amenities. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jorge for your hospitality.

wonderful experience I don't usually leave long reviews, but what I experienced this weekend at Mikele's house deserves it. From the first moment, not only did he open the door of his house, but he made us feel as if we were in our own. The way they welcomed us, their attention, their closeness... it's not something you find easily. Mikele is not just a host, he is the host. The house, beautiful, lovingly cared for, full of details that speak of someone who puts their heart into everything they do. Every corner invites you to rest, enjoy, and disconnect. But beyond the beauty of the place, what really makes the difference is him: his treatment, his way of being, his generosity. We leave with the feeling of having found a special place... and an even more special person. Thank you, Mikele. We'll be back, no doubt. The location on Benidorm beach couldn't be better. Very nice apartment with easy access to the beach. Also a great garage if you have a car. You can hear the ocean from the bedroom while sleeping which is such a nice thing to enjoy on vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, and they leave things like salt and olive oil for guest use. Plus plenty of toilet paper, washing machine tablets, and towels. The only negative was they accused us of loosing / taking one of the community blue bands. Which was very strange. We received two, and we left two. It was eventually resolved, but we still felt quite bad about the accusation.

We rented this apartment for a month and were super satisfied. From the beginning, Fernando was very kind and clear with the instructions. He gave us excellent recommendations for delicious restaurants and even supported us with the reservation. The apartment is super comfortable and clean. It has everything you need to have a great time. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the restaurant and bar area and very close to the beach. Xavea is beautiful!! We loved everything and we will rent Fernando's apartment again.

Pleasant stay and highly recommended loft. I would only put one drawback and that is that there is a lot of light for people who want to sleep in the living room because there are no blinds. Otherwise, the loft is highly recommended. We would definitely come back

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

We had a beautiful weekend. We brought our dog and was able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings surrounding the house. Lots of peace and quiet. Beautiful paths to tour, but the house has everything to enjoy staying there as well. We will definitely repeat sometime. Excellent treatment from both Juan and the hotel front desk. Breakfast is great. The projector is a ten, too bad it can't be used during the day (we were touched by cloudy and slightly ugly days). Super equipped but if they go with the idea of using the barbecue I recommend to bring board, blade as they do not have (we were able to use it anyway and enjoy it without any problem) Ideal place to disconnect and connect with nature. Amazing landscapes, to stay and live. Thanks again.

We had a splendid week at Jose's place. The villa is absolutely bonkers, has a lot of bedrooms and enough bathrooms for all people, as well as super spacy common areas and yard. The house is cool even if you don't use the AC. The amenities were great, we had everything we need. When we arrived, check-in was easy and the place was spotless. The only downside is the distance to the city centre and beaches - you have to plan your commuting well. But, there is easy access to the metro and you can use Uber and Freenow services as well. Huge thanks to Jose for being responsive during our entire stay, taking care of our needs and providing this wonderful villa for our vacation. Cheers!

Esther's place was perfect for our family of 5 (boys aged 15, 13 and 10) 15 mins from the oceanografic and science museum and close to a local park and a very new supermarket. Esther was great at responding to any questions we had and always helped in any way she could.

Never being in Valencia, this was a wonderful location. Walk to the beach, dining was all around us and very good. Bus service to city center was wonderful. Bus Pass was great and thanks to Maria telling us about it, it did work. The space was wonderful, and each bedroom was just perfect for our family. The only thing that we missed was a patio or balcony to sit out in the morning to have out coffee. But we would return again. Thanks, Maria, for being the best host!!!! Also, your son was wonderful to help us with our Spanish.... Conner family

We have just got back from a week staying at Javier and Nathalie’s house. We are family of two adults and four children ranging age from 14 to 1 and this place had everything you could possibly need! The house is spacious and pool bigger than it looked in the photos, cinema room is an added bonus. Very well equipped with baby gates, toys, high chairs, the cot was put up, extra bedding available, inflatables and bikes. Also the kitchen has a filtered tap for drinking water so no carrying heavy bottles of water back from the shop! The location is quiet and is a good 10-15minute walk to the beach (with little children in tow) and a 20minute bike ride to the big Lidl so I think next time we would potentially hire a car. Only thing to note is that the restaurants close by don’t often open of an evening until 8pm so when we went out at 6.30-7pm nothing was open! The tram is easy, it’s at the entrance to the beach and only four stops to El campello. The hosts were so lovely and helpful!

The apartment is very well located in Denia with only a short walk to the beach ( note there are no sun-loungers for hire on the beach). It is a light modern apartment with attention to detail and many complimentary provisions. The street market opposite is full of life and the food in the cafe is good. Jordan went above and beyond as a helpful host- he collected us from the train station at 9 am and took us to the property and then when we left, collected us again at 6.40 am to take us to the bus station. What a wonderful helpful host! He also was very responsive to texts for any information asked of him.

We were very comfortable in Villacora, it has all the amenities, with welcome gifts. Laura always available. Everything is perfect as in the photos, ideal for couples and relaxation. We'll be back, thank you Laura.

We came 7 people and the apartment was ideal. Amazing location in front of the beach, restaurants in the area and super cool inside. Excellent communication with the host and co-hosts. We recommend it 100%

Our family comes to Moraira on holiday nearly every year so we know the area very well. I can say this is definitely the best place we have stayed! The location between Moraira and Portet is perfect, with each 10 minutes walk away. The villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities to keep both children and adults happy. The kids loved the pool, I loved cooking on the bbq grill and having a wonderful dinner with family who visited and enjoying the fantastic sunset views. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside but when we did we appreciated the air conditioning a lot especially at night time. And a word for Maria our wonderful host: she couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. She’d thought of everything and went the extra mile to make the holiday special for us. I’m sure we will be back!

Anouk’s place is exactly as described, excellent location, close to the metro and walkable to the beach (25mins) and to the city (30mins). It’s very clean and modern and has lots of little touches to make your stay comfortable. We arrived just as the whole of Spain had a power cut! Anouk and her team made sure that everything was ship shape and stayed in touch, checking that we were ok and that we had everything we needed, she was a super responsive host. We would highly recommend staying here. We will certainly be back, Valencia is a beautiful city and we don’t feel like we’ve done it justice!

Nada nas arriv Isabel greeted us with typical local food. The apartment is very nice decorated, clean, tidy, with all amenities. She is very kind, I explain everything, to places to go and how to spend our days. Very old In short, host 100x100 recommended.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

We needed a place to stay in Benicassim, Spain for 3 months and we couldn't have picked a better place or asked for a better host. This top floor apartment is close to the beach, a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, and only a 20 minute walk to Benicassim Village. It's the only apartment building on a quiet residential block. The large terrace is great for spending hours outside viewing the ocean and mountains while eating, having a drink, taking a siesta or reading. Beautiful sunrises over the sea and sunsets beyond the mountains. Everyone in the building was very nice and welcoming. We had a few requests for Alfonso and he was absolutely accommodating.

We were 6 people and we were very comfortable, since the house has 2 rooms, 1 of them with a very spacious bunk bed, + sofa bed. The house is fully equipped, is very easy to get to ,has all the supermarkets very close and the beach is 10 by car. It has a barbecue in the terrace and a table with some benches, chairs... which is very good. It has a light in this area, maybe another one would be missing, but otherwise, great! Communication with Pascal was always very prompt and with Anita too. I would go back without thinking :)

We really enjoyed Nancy's apartment and felt like home. It was very clean, equipped and arranged very nicely. The view is also great, and the location is excellent, close to shops, terraces and the beach. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone.
