From the dock you can take a dip in the water and in winter there is an ice hole at the end of the dock for the more adventurous swimmers. Come unwind in a peaceful and cozy cabin with family, friends, or even a small work team. The cabin is in a quiet location, but still close to the activities and hustle and bustle of Himoksa. The nearest downhill ski slopes are about 3 km away, and the ski resort is about 6 km away. On weekends, you can visit Himos Arena to listen to artists and enjoy the great atmosphere. In the summer, there is a swimming spot about 300 meters away, so it’s easy to go for a morning swim. There’s plenty to do all year round!

A typical Finnish cottage (55.8 sq.m) was built in 1972 and completely renovated in 2014, preserving the authentic atmosphere. The nearest shop or gas station is 25 kilometers away. We live behind the forest 200 meters from the cottage all year round. The location of the cottage is unique in that, on the one hand, you feel complete freedom and privacy, on the other hand, we are always around and ready to help and communicate if you wish. Our plot and garden are always open to our guests.

My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.
