This historic home is the perfect spot for an authentic Spanish holiday in Benidorm. With a spacious patio to enjoy the the weather, connected to kitchen and living room to create amazing memories and experiences with your family and friends. The interior of this restored house is charming and welcoming. Guests can enjoy two bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Each of them with bathroom. The location is at the heart of downtown a few meters from the beach.

Although there are two bus lines or it's easy to get a taxi to come at the door house, it is preferable to have a car to go to the beach or Alicante.

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

Casa Riu Nou

Located in the middle of the Riu Nou Natural Area and on the riverbank. Casa Riu Nou offers a quiet space of 120 m² distributed over 2 floors with a patio and a terrace. On the ground floor you will find a large living room, kitchen, toilet and access to the patio. The first floor has a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a terrace. Surroundings: Picnic area, barbecue, paella, children's play area and bathing area in the river.

CALABLANCA

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

La Talaia

La Talaia is an ideal house for both families and groups of friends who want to spend a few days in the beautiful rural village of Bocairent. The house has a total of three floors inside and a fourth floor outside or "rooftop" with views of the Sierra de Mariola and much of the old town of this wonderful inland village. What are the main features of La Talaia? The FUSION between RURAL and MODERNIST. All to make you feel at home.

VIDAL, 100 years old Cottage

Villa in the center of the village, with very hospitable people at an altitude of 769 m, located in the heart of the Alicante mountains is perfect for listening to the silence, having peace and quiet for relaxation and at the same time in an hour you can be on the coast enjoying the beaches, tourism and hustle and bustle in places such as Benidorm, Altea, Denia or Calpe.

The Wall

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A fully renovated three-story townhouse, an old medieval tower in the walled enclosure of Cocentaina, located near the Palacio Condal and other important points of interest. Ideal for interesting hiking trails through the important natural parks as well as visiting the various villages in the area.
