The Mezzanine gives a wonderful view of the vaults. We have added a glass shower screen as some guests had suggested it. A new fenced olive tree shared garden has been restored with seating, hammocks & washing line.

Apartment with modern furnishings, extremely well-finished, clean and tidy. The location is excellent, very close to the sea and the Via della Costa dei Tranocchi. Daniele and his family are very kind and attentive people, they made us feel at home.

I had a wonderful stay at Greta's apartment. Greta and/or her father were very communicative throughout my entire stay. She gave me good directions to find the apartment and recommendations of where to go. Her father was waiting at the apartment when I arrived to show me everything. He messaged me a couple times during my stay to check and make sure everything was ok. The apartment is located directly across the walking/bike path and street from a nice sandy beach. There are a few beach bars/restaurants very close by. The apartment is within a 15-30 minute drive to many other beautiful beaches and nice towns to explore. There is a designated parking space at the apartment complex for a small to medium sized vehicle. The private balcony had a fantastic, unobstructed view of the sea. I look forward to returning to Abruzzo and staying at Greta's apartment again:)

Silvio was a great host. He made himself available to check in at a time convenient for us and welcomed us with great kindness. We appreciated that he was present without being intrusive. Fede was a fantastic host. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and perfect for our long weekend. Would definitely recommend if you want to spend time in a traditional Italian town. 20 mins to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and bars and with stunning views in the town of the Italian countryside. Sonia and Nicolino are truly exceptional hosts, very kind, helpful and heartfelt. Great check-in as well as checkout. House with a very nice garden with two terraces overlooking the sea. Also a nice manicured lawn and also great parking. The car stays inside the fence safely and directly next to the front door, so very convenient. We loved everything and we'll be back for sure. Thank you very much dear Sonia and Nicolino!

The stay in Sabrina and Giuliano's house was simply perfect, we immediately felt at home! The spaces, recently renovated with impeccable taste, are cared for in every detail and allowed us to fully enjoy every comfort, including the outdoor space. The location is ideal for reaching different places, and is only 10 minutes from the sea. The accommodation area is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Absolutely recommended for enjoying a relaxing holiday.
