Our stay at Andrea's place was excellent. The place was spotlessly clean, well equipped and was just as shown in the photos. The location was perfect for what we needed, and Andrea was very attentive and quick to respond to any queries. We felt so comfortable throughout your stay. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back again!🙂

Valerio's chalet is a lovely place, in a private, quiet area that follows the shape of the mountain and maintains the vegetation of the area. The house is huge, in constant but perfectly functional renovation, spacious, fresh, perfectly equipped (vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washer dryer, vacuum cleaner).. for a family vacation it is ideal! We stayed with small children: the stairs are many but with a little attention the children are in peace. Valerio gave us the games he had, a crib, a high chair, a stroller, a fantastic outdoor pool. Private parking where 4 cars also enter, whatelse to add... we will definitely be back!

I have rarely been surprised so positive by a place where I already had very high expectations. Michele, Clarissa's father, has made a real jewel. A manicured estate in every detail with a breathtaking view of the lake. A movie setting. Very clean and equipped with every comfort; when you arrive you find it already cooled with the air conditioner, Michele welcomes you with a toast to introduce yourself and in two seconds you are in paradise. The garden (which looks like a golf course) overlooks the lake where for guests there is a pedal boat from which to admire the nature around (woods, royal germs and herons) and the wonderful sunsets that color the water and the sky. The amount of services offered is endless. It is a location that is comfortably in the luxury category. Michele is a great landlord and a great cook.

Pleasant three facade house in the center of a small village and the Parc de la Maiella,paradise for nature lovers and hikes. Presence of a very pleasant restaurant opposite and a bakery 50m away, excellent, as well as a small artisanal cheese factory with sheep's milk. Caramanico Terme, mother commune 3 km away.,is beautiful and offers many shops. Multiple excursions and visits possible,a week will not suffice and you will only want to come back to this authentic region.

We only stayed a weekend but it was enough to appreciate the location, a real cozy and functional gem, Riccardo and Emanuela are two splendid and kind people, for those who are not experts in the area it is perfect, you can reach the facilities on foot but still stay away from the confusion, to go to the village you need a car but it is 5 minutes, the building is very well organized, the house is very warm, a tip for those who have to go in winter, the ski pass must be done online to avoid unnecessary queues at the ticket office by downloading it directly on site by passing the QR code to the vending machine. Special thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts who we hope to meet again also to have a coffee together.

The apartment is nice and comfortable, especially the bathroom and kitchen are new and very clean. The residence is quiet and nice. I really appreciated the large communal lawn furnished with tables and benches from which you can enjoy a beautiful view.

We had a great time. The place is very serene and the compound quite large. The photos don't do it justice, we were really taken aback when we arrived. We wished we had the time to stay more than one night and just fully disconnect in the quaint little town. It's also close enough to do day trips to the beach at Gaeta.

Beautiful getaway in Scurcola during my trip to Italy, perfect place to recharge your batteries; enjoy nature and take beautiful walks. A lovely cottage with garden and barbecue to make good grilling before going for tasty Italian espresso in the village. Mario and Natasha are very welcoming and full of good advice. I highly recommend it.

We spent the night here as a group and were so happy with everything. The house is large, beautiful and well-kept, the kitchen equipped with everything you need and a beautiful outdoor space with a barbecue, relaxation and an adorable dog and cat that made everything even more beautiful. The area is quiet, secluded, and quiet, but it's still close to a restaurant, mini markets, and more. Strength of the house, in our opinion, is the very kind landlord Gabriele, whom we thank again so much and who spent a couple of times to visit us during the stay (with very good sweets) and with whom we spoke very willingly. From the first moment Gabriele was always available for clarification, directions and much more, making sure the stay went well and also offering us great tips on places to visit and trails to travel. In short, we would be more than happy to come back and in fact we will most likely do it! A perfect experience. Highly recommended.

It was great. The very welcoming and well-equipped house. Calefaçao in every room and pleasant spaces with a beautiful fireplace in the living room. We had a great Christmas as a family.

The place is great. Feel right at home. The place is very close to Rome center and would advise to have a car since it’s more practical. Everything clean and everyone is nice. Swimming pool is very good and refreshing. Definitely would recommend or come back here
