Kimberlee was absolutely amazing!!! Such a wonderful host!! Always easy to get ahold of, so friendly, great recommendations! She goes above and beyond for her guests!! You feel like family when you stay with her! Her place was so great!! It was so clean and decorated so cute!! Great location!! Had everything you could need! Private beach access with beach service which was so wonderful to have!! Walking distance to various restaurants! Felt safe and comfortable!! Friendly guests! Definitely would come back!! Great place to stay and see Destin. Right on the beach with a great view and the Restaurants are all very close. The Host is very easy to get along with and will immediately respond if you message him with any issues. 5/5

Loved staying here! This was the perfect distance from the beach! It was just enough space for my family, even though we spent much more time at the beach and the pool. Loved having a full kitchen and good size bathroom. We will definitely be staying here again!

We absolutely loved the location. We didn’t have a great view of the ocean but we could see enough through the buildings in front. We had a small issue with the internet but the hosts were on it quick and replaced the modem. Perfect location. Two wonderful restaurants next door. Two great coffee shops with one being directly below. The beach is right across the street and easy to find a spot. Absolutely loved it.

Beautiful condo, first class all the way. Beautiful view of the Bay, Dunes and the Gulf. Spectacular unique view. It was sparkling clean! Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. This was our second stay. We will definitely be back again! 😃

We had a wonderful time and would recommend staying here to anyone! About 5-10 min walk to beach or a 1 min drive (some limited public parking by the public beach accesses, but we found parking every day)! The kitchen was very well stocked. There were 2 wagons to bring to the beach along with chairs, and plenty of other things for the beach! Our pup loved the backyard and the neighborhood for walks. The place was very clean! Paul was very easy to communicate with as well. We enjoyed our stay!!

This was our families first time staying in an Airbnb and this Airbnb is going to be hard to top! The place was very family friendly, had everything we needed and the golf cart was AMAZING. It's going to be hard to top this experience!

It's in walking distance of the beach and it has beautiful views of the Bay. This was our second time here and we definitely plan on coming back.

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family beach trip with our dogs. It was the perfect spot to relax, clean up after long beach days, and get some rest. Having Roku TVs in each room was a nice touch, and the provided dog beds were much appreciated by our pups. The pools on the property were a bonus, too. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with pets!

Amy was such a hospitable and responsive host. This place felt like home. It was in a perfect location; within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pool, the beach, while also feeling private and very safe. A drive away you can find Destin and Panama City beach which are full of any activity you can think of; but rosemary keeps you nestled in a private elegant little town. We will 100% be back!

Our multi-generational family stay at JUST DARLIN' was such a wonderful vacation! The house was clean, the beds comfy, and the rooms spacious. It was so bright, and open, and we all felt right at home. All the little touches were perfect. There were plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen, towels in the bathrooms, and throw blankets to use in the living room. We also really appreciated the night lights in the evening. My daughter loved ''her room" w/the vanity. My parents took the downstairs master and loved stepping into the back patio for their tea and toast each morning. My husband and I enjoyed having the upstairs room to ourselves for quiet naps in the afternoon. We loved going to the pool a few houses up the hill everyday and the Ice Cream Shoppe around the corner was a delight. Julie was responsive and helpful and we can't wait to return! :)

All the way from New Mexico! First time on the east side of the US and this did not disappoint. Walk right outside and see the beach. it was in the perfect spot. We rented a golf cart, and we cruised around all weekend in the area with never ending places to go and see! The inside was homey, it was the perfect get away home. When we do come back, this is my first choice again. Cindy and Frank stopped by when I was there, we talked a little. She was so sweet and personable. 🩵

We had a lovely stay, close enough to everything without being directly in the spring break commotion . The room was clean, it was great being right on the bay and the pool was big. The response time was quick for any questions we had. The only minor complaint we have was the bed was just not super comfy for us, but that is a personal opinion that could be different for everyone. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay so much we are coming back for 3 weeks next year. The area is peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of “spring breakers” in March. Plenty of good restaurants around. as well. The view and being on the first floor was the cherry on top.

Lovely, well-kept condo. The pool and lazy river were exactly what we needed. The beach is an easy walk away using the pedestrian bridge. The place is a short drive to good restaurants and a grocery store. We were there for a short trip, though the place may be better suited for a weeklong stay to better make use of the kitchen, grill, etc. Would defintely stay here again.

Fantastic BNB. If I am ever in Destin again I will stay here again for sure. The couch and beds were so comfortable I took a photo of the tags. Now I’m going furniture shopping 😂

We've stayed in quite a few places along Okaloosa Island in the past. This one is by far the best. Check in was super easy a d Frank was available with answers. Highly recommend. Will book again.

Great location & easy walk to beach! The beach chairs and umbrella were an extra plus during our stay. The kitchen is on the second floor with a spiral staircase and stairs to enter, so if have mobility issues this may need to be considered. Great stay and will plan to rent again!
