Le gîte comprend 2 chambres de 15m², un grand séjour cuisine tout équipé et une veranda. Vous profiterez également d'un extérieur agréable et plein sud avec une terrasse ombragée, un espace vert, des jeux pour enfants et des places de parking.

Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

Notre petite maison est d'une fraîcheur incomparable, une vraie clime naturelle l'été, et très cocoon l'hiver avec sa cheminée électrique , 1 cuisine équipée, 1 chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 lit simple, 1 salon avec 1 canapé convertible 2 places fraichement changé car l'ancien etant trop petit pour vous acceuillir au mieux , 1 salle de bains, terrasse privée avec vue sur les montagnes , buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. An equipped kitchenette, with the necessary items included for breakfast (eggs from our chickens), will allow you to prepare meals to enjoy on your porch or on our beautiful terrace a little further away offering magnificent views of the entire valley. The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.
