Everything is great... the house is amazing, the location is incredible, if you are looking for tranquility it is perfect. The host, Jorge, was very kind and attentive at all times. A ten.

We had a wonderful stay! This is a thoughtfully designed, bright, spotlessly clean apartment, surrounded by leafy trees. The location is perfect - in a great neighborhood, walkable to all of the central destinations (museums, restaurants, etc.) and very close to the Lavapies metro if you want to go further afield. If you are a runner, this is an ideal spot - it is a 7-minute run to El Retiro, a lovely large park with many nice trails for running. Omayra was a very welcoming and responsive host. The street below has several lively cafes and bars so there is some noise at night with the windows open. This was not a problem for us as the noise was just people chatting (not too loud or disruptive) and we live in the middle of the city so we are used to many sounds at night. Highly recommended - a charming apartment in an ideal location with a great host!

The apartment is wonderful. The location is excellent. It's comfortable, bright, quiet, everything works perfectly. We were greeted by Helena, who was very kind at all times. Highly recommended. We would definitely come back.

Great place to stay for a 2 night break, we were driving down to Andalusia and wanted to break our journey. Having a full day to explore Segovia was ideal. Fernando was prompt with instructions on how to find & enter the apartment. There is one very similar so glad he sent photos! The apt was just like photos and very clean & great showers! Our apartment was a short walk from the Aqueduct in one direction & steps that took us up into the main centre of Segovia, it meant we had somewhere quieter to stay & we were also able to enjoy an evening mixing with all local people at two of the bars around the corner. The nearest shop, just on the side street we drove down to reach apt., was deceptive in that small at the front but big inside, my Spanish is limited but young woman on the checkout was very helpful.

Hello! We spent a weekend with a couple of families and enjoyed both the house and the area. The house is renovated, comfortable, tastefully decorated and in perfect condition. Communication and dealings with Guillermo have been unbeatable. Always attentive and facilitating all our queries or requests. We had very good weather and made the most of the house: we bathed in the pool a lot of times, we barbecued and we were able to enjoy the porch and spend a lot of time outdoors, which was the idea. It is a quiet and noise-free area of houses. The bedrooms are spacious and bright; and those on the upper floor have A/C. Comfortable beds and the kitchen has everything you need (coffee maker, toaster, etc.). Come on, a fantastic place + a 10-star host so we'll repeat; no doubt! Thank you!

Mariana's place was the most beautifully designed space I stayed în and I felt especially honored to be there as I am a fan of the Never too small channel. The place had everything you need and its position was the best, în the La Latina quartier, which is central enough (about 1km of The km 0), but feels like living among the locals. You also have shops nearby - Carrefour market 2 minutes away, 2 non-stop shops 4 minutes away and a bigger Dia supermarket 7 minutes away (also remmember that Madrid has good water and you can drink from the fountains în the city).Metro station is also near- 5 minutes away. And if you need to store your bags, there is a place on the same street with lockers. There is also El Rastro outdoor market that happens every Sunday, which is also on the street of the accomodation and I really recommend. Would come back if I had the chance.

We were very comfortable throughout the stay. We had privacy and the house was beautifully decorated and very cozy. I would definitely recommend it.

Above it is a spectacular house in very good condition, and a stone's throw away from Segovia, the service (cleanliness, attention, communication) has been key for us to have a perfect family time. We are already planning to come back with friends. Thank you so much Esther!
