Downtown and Broadway venues are an easy 4-mile drive. Space to park in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are great options getting around Nashville, if you don't have a car. You will enjoy taking a jog, run or walk on nearby Belmont Blvd. The apartment has a totally separate entrance. Welcome to our cozy attic studio in the heart of Nashville! We are in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby, and we are just minutes from downtown. We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Since we live on site, you can also expect quick assistance with any need you have during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can!

Our home is right next to Music Row—one block from Demonbreun Hill and just 2 blocks from MidTown. Smack in the middle of Nashville's happening nightlife area. Close by are the Gulch, Vanderbilt and Belmont universities, The Ryman Auditorium, and Bridgestone Arena... not to mention Honk Tonk Row on Lower Broadway are just 1.3 miles away! I always use Uber or Lyft if I’m not walking.. parking can be expensive and inconvenient You’re welcome to take advantage of the free street parking.
