We were in Nancy for two days and were looking for a small house with a garden to host our children around a barbecue, where our dog and theirs could play safely. This house met all our expectations. In addition, we found it extremely clean and even prettier than the photos. The center of the village is accessible on foot and offers several shops. There are many neighbors opposite and don't expect to enjoy a lot of privacy, but the neighborhood turned out to be very quiet and the neighbors friendly. Special mention for Gilbert, who responded immediately to each of our messages.

Very pleasant stay in this nice apartment - house. Perfect for a couple! We enjoyed the garden, which is currently in full bloom, and the birdsong. The accommodation is well located for visiting Nancy on foot or by bus.

The apartment is absolutely superb (even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. Simply huge!). We particularly loved the attention paid to the decoration. Everything is done to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay. Everything is very clean and of good quality, especially the bed linen and dishes. The location is impeccable. 30 seconds walk from Majorelle city, you feel quite privileged! The Musée de l'École de Nancy is a 12-minute walk, Nancy Thermal is a 15-minute walk. The neighborhood is very well served by transport to get to the city center in less than 15 minutes, if you do not want to walk (the network is efficient, the MyBus app allows you to buy tickets online and find out about routes). Eric is perfectly welcoming and friendly, while being 100% discreet. It was an incredible stay and Eric's accommodation greatly contributed to the memory we will keep of Nancy!

newly renovated apartment with care and taste. perfectly located in the city center, it is nevertheless very quiet. parking included is an additional benefit. we found the apartment perfectly clean, with all the essentials for a long stay (coffee capsules, dishwasher dose...) We'll be happy to go back.

Mathilde's apartment is well appointed and very well located in Nancy (public transport nearby, Lidl and not far from the city center on foot). Communication was particularly fluid and accommodating! Bonus: The bedding is of excellent quality, a real joy.

Jean Baptiste is an excellent host—very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from Place Stanislas, yet it's quiet and peaceful. It’s clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a washer/dryer. When I visited there was a three day heat wave (temperatures 32 C or 90 F) , but the bedroom remained cool and comfortable thanks to the thick stone construction of the building.

I had a wonderful stay at Bernard and Catherine's, Guillaume their son guided me perfectly for my autonomous arrival. The accommodation is spacious, very clean, quiet with everything you need to feel at home, the parking right in front is very convenient and the garden is beautiful! I thank Catherine for hosting us and for her responsiveness. I was delighted with this stay in her beautiful Art Nouveau house, and the quality of her hospitality. I was able to quickly reach the festival for which I was traveling to Nancy. Its house is close to all the interesting cultural places and in particular the Majorelle house and the museum of the school of Nancy. The bedroom is very spacious, the kitchen as well as the adjoining bathroom. Yes, it is very pleasant to take a shower in the evening after a long day of walking and exploring. We were able to discuss the culture in Nancy, which was very interesting.

Only one thing with parking. If you come back later in evening you need go around to find place to park. So it is sometimes need to walk 10-15 min till parking place.
