The apartment is absolutely superb (even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. Simply huge!). We particularly loved the attention paid to the decoration. Everything is done to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay. Everything is very clean and of good quality, especially the bed linen and dishes. The location is impeccable. 30 seconds walk from Majorelle city, you feel quite privileged! The Musée de l'École de Nancy is a 12-minute walk, Nancy Thermal is a 15-minute walk. The neighborhood is very well served by transport to get to the city center in less than 15 minutes, if you do not want to walk (the network is efficient, the MyBus app allows you to buy tickets online and find out about routes). Eric is perfectly welcoming and friendly, while being 100% discreet. It was an incredible stay and Eric's accommodation greatly contributed to the memory we will keep of Nancy!

newly renovated apartment with care and taste. perfectly located in the city center, it is nevertheless very quiet. parking included is an additional benefit. we found the apartment perfectly clean, with all the essentials for a long stay (coffee capsules, dishwasher dose...) Ideally located apartment (near Place Stanislas and the city center. It is also very cozy and very peaceful at night. Marina and Julien are very attentive to comfort and their instructions are very clear for accessing the accommodation. icing on the cake, there is even a parking space in the underground car park. I recommend it.

Very pleasant stay in this nice apartment - house. Perfect for a couple! We enjoyed the garden, which is currently in full bloom, and the birdsong. The accommodation is well located for visiting Nancy on foot or by bus.

Although my e-bike is very heavy at 33kg, that was not a problem. It's like a small apartment. There is nothing missing - even clothes pegs and a drying rack, Coffee, tea and ….. I enjoyed my stay at Louis' (two nights). The apartment is very clean, comfortable, matches the description given in the listing and is located in a very lively area of the city (safe and touristy) where you can find all the services you can think of. Louis is always listening, exceptionally kind and I can easily say that he is one of the best hosts I have ever met on Airbnb. I highly recommend Louis as your next host.

Great mini stay in the cinema room, we came with my spouse after the Heavy Weekend in Nancy, accessible on foot in 15 to 20 minutes, very clean accommodation, the bedding is really very comfortable, we will come back for future concerts 🤘🏼

It went very well. I only stayed for a short night so I couldn't fully enjoy it but the studio is beautiful and everything is perfect. The only little thing I missed and I hadn't paid attention to the listing is that there was no bath gel or shampoo and I forgot mine😅. Otherwise everything was great.
