Flexible stay as we wanted it to be. Good place for people having a train to catch from Karmali station, just 600m to walk. Thanks to the host for being responsive and helpful.

Superb Stay. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and extra bed provided. All amenities were given. Clean Drinking water available in the vicinity. Pool facilities were great. Host is also very active and constantly in touch, also ready to help in any way possible Overall great experience. Definitely recommended

Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

we are delighted to arrive to well kept, clean and tidy property with beautiful interiors. All of the rooms are attached with clean bathrooms and a great big terrace to enjoy the views. the vast open space adjoining the property adds to the charm of this property. i highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at The Rustic Vilaa in Goa! The villa perfectly blends comfort with a charming, earthy aesthetic that feels both cozy and luxurious. The location is peaceful yet close enough to explore popular beaches and local hotspots. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The stay at Julie’s Sun-Kissed Villa was nothing short of amazing. From the beginning of our inquiry till the check out, the coordination from Julie and the property caretaker Narayan, was clear and proactive. The property was as described, with the interiors clean and tidy. We had a great time during our stay there, as the villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The only niggle we faced was with hot water in the bathroom, but that was probably because the weather was rainy and the bathrooms are equipped by solar heaters. Overall, this is a great place to spend time with your friends or even a family. I would recommend this for visitors.

This penthouse is very decent and specious property. we both the families feel homely during 3 days span. Highly recommended for the families.

Peaceful location ...very beautiful house ..host Ms. Josephine was very sweet and quick responsive. She was always available when needed and helpful too. location was a little far from the nearby beaches but overall experience was amazing and totally worth it..

We had an amazing stay at The Blue kite, it was such a homely place, the hygiene was very well maintained and the location was also very mesmerizing. Definitely the best place to stay.

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

You should have come to a conclusion by looking at the photos that the views are amazing? yes the view from this property is spectacular, We have stayed in a 2 bhk in June 2025. i would recommend 5/5 this place for anyone who wants to visit. pros: 1. kayaking available at your door step, come out of the room, call the guy next minute, you get your ride 2. the view and the pool. 3. you feel like you visited some mountain village which got a private river beach 4. the drive to palolem beach is amazing from this property 5. super friendly hosts, we travelled with kid and we were in need of some utensisls, rahul arranged it in an hour as the kitchen did not have all the items neccessary cons: r Remote from(4km) main area, you need to plan in advance The Google maps may get confused to reach here, so don't follow blindly

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained — exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure everything was just right throughout my stay. The location was ideal — close to the beach, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Waking up to the sound of birds and sipping coffee on the balcony felt like a dream. The amenities were thoughtful and everything worked perfectly — from the air conditioning to the Wi-Fi. Whether you're visiting for relaxation or adventure, this place truly captures the spirit of Goa. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommended!
