It never felt like a rented place.. home away from home❤️ Mamtha was soo welcoming and and I felt like im going to my sister’s place. Yummy surprise welcome gift was waiting for me… Anita was sooo kind and she explained everything in detail so that u dont have to worry about anything. Everything was taken care by her. I felt like staying there for few more days. And definitely im gonna come again and again and again for sure… 5 star is not enough…!! ❤️❤️❤️

The place looks exactly as shown in the pictures. We planned a bridal shower for our friend and the house complemented well with the BOHO vibe we were aiming for. Shani was a good responsive host, he provided clear instructions and easy directions to reach the location, he even suggested good party places nearby. The house was really clean and all the props along with the overall atmosphere helped our bridal shower pictures come out exactly as we wanted it to be. Perfect bridal shower fairytale moments ensued! Would definitely suggest the airbnb

We recently stayed at Raj Villa in Trivandrum, and it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, Mr. Bijju was incredibly helpful and attentive. He guided us through everything — right from our arrival, helping with local information, to adjusting our plans when needed. We were a family of 10, and the house felt just like our own. It was spacious, clean, and homely — not once did we feel like we were staying in someone else's place. Every corner of the house reflected comfort and warmth. What touched us most was how difficult it was to say goodbye — we genuinely felt sad leaving. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of hospitality and homely comfort. Highly recommend Raj Villa to anyone visiting Trivandrum — especially families looking for a cozy, peaceful stay with amazing support from the host!

This place was absolutely magical! It was exactly as described, but experiencing it in person was even better. Caretaker Rajan was an absolute gem—so kind, humble, and attentive. And oh, his dosas are out of this world—don’t miss them! We were thrilled to have some adorable furry friends (a sweet Beagle) join us, adding so much joy to our stay. It was my wife’s birthday, and this place made it unforgettable in the best way possible. We left with hearts full of happiness and can’t wait to come back again!

Very nice place to stay. We felt like we were at our home. Every room and facility was well maintained. Jay was very amazing. He provided us the correct guidance to reach the destination via message. It was enough to reach the spot. A tree was blocking our way to the stay due to heavy rains during the night. He sent a person and resolved it soon. We were able to reach most of the spots very easily. Overall a very neat experience.

I stayed on the first floor room with a balcony. It was extremely great, surrounded by nature, Easy access to the peak locations, and the host's care. Everything was perfect:)

We had the pleasure of staying at Binumon's studio apartment in the heart of Trivandrum for 3 nights, and I can't express how wonderful the experience was. Binumon truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, and I couldn't be more grateful. First and foremost, Binumon's flexibility and understanding were remarkable. We had a late check-in and a late check-out request, and he accommodated both without hesitation. His willingness to adjust to our schedule made our trip much smoother and stress-free. The studio apartment itself was nothing short of amazing. It was well-maintained, impeccably clean, and had all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident throughout the space, from the cozy bedding to the well-equipped kitchenette. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made this stay even more special was that our family, including 2 babies and their grand mom, spent their time here with absolute comfort!

Stay was good. Host is very responsive & helpful throughout the duration of stay. There is no dedicated car parking, visitors have to park in public parking & a small walk to reach the stay. Overall a good stay which is nearby to all the cafes, restaurants & to the north beach.

The location of the apartment is great with views of the sea. The beach is almost outside of the door. It is wonderful to be able to sit on the balcony and look out over the sea. Raghav was an amazing host, was always easily accessible and responded quickly. Nithin was also very friendly and supportive. Only the cleanliness needs to be optimized and the house needs a few repairs. But Raghav and Nithin already take care of it. We enjoyed our stay despite the small restrictions.

Alex uncle and Beena aunty's property is always my top choice. They are incredibly warm and welcoming, treating their guests with such care. The property is a peaceful haven, surrounded by greenery and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. Thanks once again!

We had an exceptional stay! The homestay matched its description perfectly, with impressive cleanliness and amenities. The location was easily accessible and the host was incredibly helpful whenever we needed assistance. The stay was completely trouble-free, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend it, especially for bachelors! The late checkout till 1 PM was a huge plus, and the proximity to Padmanabhaswamy temple (3 KM) and Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway station (3 KM) made exploring the city a breeze.

Sudarsan was highly responsive and helped with local recommendations. Rooms and facilities were on point, as described and depicted in the listing. Getting to the property is a 100 metre walk through narrow alleys. Property is very close to the parking area of the cliff, but a 10 minute walk to the beach on either side.

Stayed with my family. The place is just like the photos. Had a fully functioning kitchen which was great to make a quick meal. Host checked in regularly to see if this were up to the mark. I'll book this place again
