The cottage has one room with two beds and a kitchen with running cold water. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Private patio with barbecue area is down by the jetty. The cottage is secluded in a quiet and protected bay. You get here by car or bus to Stavsnäs, and then by the ferry towards Sandhamn to our island. The cottage is about 10 minutes walk from the jetty. The terrain is a bit hilly so not suitable for stroller or roller bags.

High up on a cliff this cottage offers sweeping views of the Baltic Sea to the front and a magical forest in your backgarden. Blueberry and lingon bushes are everywhere for those of you who'd like to harvest your own breakfast from nature. The cottage was built in the 1940s and, although it has been continuously renovated to keep up with modern standards, it retains a cosy old world charm with an open fire and original windows. The space is bright and has plenty of light throughout the day.

You can partly see the sea from the house and as we are situated by the waterway into Stockholm you can see the ferries going by. Nice house in Stavsnäs close to the sea. The house and the village Stavsnäs is located 50 minutes travel from Stockholms city by bus or car. Parking for free for one car. 100 m to bakery and café. 150 m to beach. 500 m to well stocked grocery store. Restaurant in the harbor 2 km nice walking or by car. From the harbor you can go by boat and ferries to several places in the archipelago as for example popular Sandhamn, Möja and Runmarö.
