In the kitchen You find Jura coffeemaker, French press, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, mirco wave oven, toaster, kettle, mixer, fridge and electric stove with oven. One car parking place is FREE to use in the closed yard. The flat is comfy up to 4 people.

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

Nearby there is a good sport hall Mesikäpa (Kesk 25), swimming pool and saunas (Uus 3) and the best restoran (Uus 5).

The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

Tule koos kallima, sõbra või väikese perega nautima saunamõnusid linnaäärsesse väikemajja (19m2). Maja asub Võrumõisas, mis on vaikses suvila piirkonnas, kuid samas Võru kesklinnale ja Tamula rannale jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Mullifunktsiooniga tünnisauna ja leilisauna kasutamine on hinna sees, kõik vajalik kütmiseks on olemas kohapeal. Leilisaun on elektriga.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
