Beautiful rustic cottage with panoramic views of the north east coastline, just a short drive from Nebolos and Madraikas. The interior is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished including air conditioning, local products, and a cafetiere. We had a great time in the small but beautiful Exo Chora! The front yard offers lots of great seating and the bed is cozy. Georgia was very helpful and tried to make our stay as good as possible! :)

The house is well situated in the center of a quiet village, ideal to explore not only the stunning west coast but the whole island. An authentic stone house with high ceiling and lovely big terrace. There are a couple of very good tavernas, a bakery and a store in a walking distance. Panagiotis is a great host - very friendly, thoughtful, fast responding (we booked on the go hours before arriving). He even brought fresh flowers for decoration. We could have easily stayed for longer if we weren't heading to Kefalonia.

My friend and I were on the island for the first time. The place was perfect. Quietly located but not downhill. We were warmly welcomed and got tips for our stay. No matter what you needed, Paganitos took care of it and was available around the clock. He was friendly, warm and open. We also fell in love with the cats that visited us in the morning and evening and were hungry. Of course, we gave them food and water ;) We would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The house is right next to a tiny beach with deck chairs. There's a kayak for guests to use for free, too. Georgios is very nice and helpful.

We had an unforgettable stay at this nice beachfront home on the island of Pelenopes! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the panoramic ocean views—sunrises over the water never looked so good. The private path straight down to the soft, sandy beach made morning swims and sunset strolls effortless and magical. Inside, the house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything you could possibly need: a fully equipped kitchen, plush linens, fast Wi-Fi, and even beach towels and chairs. We loved curling up in the cozy living room after a day in the sun or enjoying a glass of wine on the shaded terrace. Also our hosts have been incredibly nice: they greeted us with warm local tips, checked in to make sure we were comfortable, and were genuinely kind throughout our stay—truly the perfect host. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and charming beachfront escape—with a great host : We can highly recommend this place :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Niki’s villa! From the moment we arrived, Niki was incredibly friendly and sweet – she truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She generously prepared delicious food for us, stocked the place with beers and snacks, and even helped us with setting up the barbecue, which made our evenings so much more enjoyable. The villa itself is lovely, but the garden was the real highlight – beautifully maintained and the perfect place to relax. It was such a peaceful and charming space, ideal for both lounging during the day and gathering in the evenings. Niki’s hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We felt so well taken care of and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend this place – we would come back in a heartbeat!

Dear Leticia and Spiros! We really didn’t want to go home! Their hospitality was outstanding, they were the best hosts we could find!!! Spiros even brought us apple pie, homemade, best we’ve ever had! We loved the quiet atmosphere, the house is completely remote and surrounded by olive trees. Our daughter loved the cats that are in the area, they all had names in the end :-) They waited for us at the church in the middle of the village and brought us to the house. We had snacks and water and wine from them. They showed us around, made sure we got everything we need. It was just perfect. We had the best holiday there! These people just deserve the 5 star rating! See you soon Leticia and Spiros. We will come back soon!

INCREDIBLE STAY! This place was everything we hoped for and more. The studio was spotless, cozy, and beautifully set up. The hosts were absolutely amazing—so warm and welcoming. We were greeted with delicious home-cooked local food and fresh eggs straight from their farm (honestly, the best eggs we’ve ever had!). We also did a boat tour with our host and later took the boat out on our own—highly recommend exploring the area by boat, it was such a highlight of our trip. The location was peaceful and relaxing, yet still really convenient for getting around. We loved every minute of our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Top service! The host is friendly and easy to reach for questions, activities and tips! With 11 friends we had a fun vacation!

John was very welcoming and responsive. He gave us a list of nearby activities upon arrival. The place was spotless, with all the amenities you need inside. They also came to clean in the middle of our stay, which lasted only 5 nights.

Wow! This villa is beautiful and perfect for our family of 8. Ben and Claire couldn't help us enough and responded to us quickly if needed. We were lucky enough to stay for 10 days, half of which were spent chilling at the villa, playing in the pool and using the amazing facilities . Although a rental car is helpful getting around the island, there is a lot of lovely restaurants, bars and beaches a short drive away. We explored around the island, including Fiskardo and Antisamos, which are breathtaking. Thank you for having us, we'd be back in1 a heart beat!

Clean, beautiful accommodation in a perfect location. Here are the best beaches 5 10 minutes away, supermarkets and many taverns. Thank you for the wonderful holiday.

Harrys’ villa was excellent. The place was beautiful and very clean. There is a great view with a pool that comes right up to the edge of the villa. The air conditioning was strong (great for me and my wife because we like it cold at night). What really stood out was Harrys himself though. He is a wonderful, responsive host. He was there to check us in and brought us US wall adapters for our electronics. When my wife needed to do her hair, he brought over a straightener for us. He gave us a dinner recommendation to Prosilio’s (recommend!) and called the owner to let him know we were coming. When we got there, the owner greeted us and offered us a free dessert on the house. Harrys really made our stay incredible and demonstrated that famous Greek hospitality. 10/10 would recommend and will likely go again.

We had a lovely stay! The garden around the accommodation was very large, perfect for a quiet landing. The accommodation was very good too, there is everything you need for a short stay in the area:) Léa was also very responsive by message to make our stay enjoyable:)

We had an incredibly nice time on Zakynthos. Vania warmly welcomed us to the house, showed us everything and gave us some tips for our stay. The house, the beautiful property and the magnificent pool ensured a perfect stay. The house is very well equipped with everything you need and offers enough space for 6 people. In the beautiful garden, in addition to very nice seating, figs and lemons straight from the tree awaited us. The contact with Vania was always straightforward and perfect! We particularly enjoyed the small bay of Plaka Beach. There are many small taverns nearby where you can eat well or take something with you for in between. We all felt very comfortable and would come back to this beautiful vacation home at any time.

Easy check-in, responsive host, clean, with all you need apartment, 20m to a market with everything, 100m to one of the best beaches in Zante ( quiet, not crowded, with bars nearby), good value for mony, many tavernas in walkable distance or minutes by car. Definitely, I'll pick it out againg when be in Zakyntos !

Really beautiful place. Two rooms downstairs separate from upstairs, outside entry. Amazing pool, amenities & views
