Comfortable 56 m2 chalet including: On the ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) open to the living room with sofa bed and TV, a bathroom with washing machine, a separate toilet. Upstairs: One bedroom with a 140 cm bed + closet, a second bedroom with 90 cm bunk beds and a 90 cm single bed + closet. Linens are not provided in the cottage. Cleaning at the end of the lease is the responsibility of the tenants.

The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Renovated in September 2019, you can enjoy the garden, the pool (subject to authorization and a deposit), and an amazing view. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds site, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is present!! July 2026 …… air conditioning!!!!!! ❄️❄️ NO PARTIES!

Col de Rousset Studio cabin of 20 m2, up to 5 people No smoking. SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED. Ideal for relaxing in contact with nature, summer and winter. Located at the foot of the ski slopes and hiking departures. Many outdoor activities are possible (downhill skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, tobogganing 4 seasons, via ferrata...). ATTENTION: plan to do some shopping before coming because there are no food shops in the resort.

Great for families or groups of friends. IN SUMMER: 140 m2 family house, located at the Col de Romeyère, large spaces to discover nature, fauna and flora without being totally isolated. The house has a large garden IN WINTER: Ski-in ski-out to the slopes of the Col and the Coulmes cross-country ski area. For children: sledding track in front of the house and plenty of space to play all around the house. Non-smoking house and pets not allowed.
