Everything was perfect. The facilities exceeded our expectations. Eliete's accommodation has everything. The location is perfect. Very close to Park Shopping and at the same time a wonderful silence. Eliete's service from the time of booking was super fast, cordial and efficient. I have nothing to suggest. It was a perfect stay. I have a habit of traveling with my wife and it was certainly the best service we have ever had and undoubtedly the best space we have ever booked. Not to mention the value, which is very fair for what it offers. I wish Eliete much success. We continue to offer this level of service and accommodation. We will definitely be back.

My stay at Rubens' property in Itaipava was excellent! The environment was impeccably clean and very well cared for. The location is great, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of the region. The condominium's amenities perfectly met expectations — everything was very organized and functional. The bed and bath linens were clean and fragrant, providing even more comfort during the stay. A special detail was the treat left for guests, showing affection and attention to detail. I recommend and would be back for sure!

My husband and I really like Studio do Lúcio. The host was always ready to answer us. He gave us tips on great restaurants and tours. We went to some and it was really worth it. About the Studio, I thought it was enough for a tourist stay, where you only come back to sleep. Near the center, we did almost everything on foot. It was very clean, organized and with extra bath towels. This was of great value because we had the coldest weekend of the year and the towels did not dry in time for the next bath. Simple but clean bedding. There was also a coffee maker, coffee powder and sugar, which was great. The garage may not be enough for a large car, but it served us very well. The only thing we didn't like was the noise of the traffic day and night. We are from the countryside and we are used to sleeping in silence, and the noise of the cars all night I confess that it was very disturbing. But it's not Lucio's fault, of course!!! I recommend Studio, great value for money.

I spent the weekend in Petrópolis with my husband and a couple of friends, and the experience could not have been better. Sérgio and his wife were super nice to us, from before check in always very helpful, gave us local recommendations, the cozy and wonderful house with a fireplace that we fell in love with, warm water even to wash the dishes and heaters in the rooms, we felt at home. We will definitely come back more often and we are already recommending it to friends and family!

Beautiful place! House perfectly as described in the photos, but the leisure area, in person, is much more beautiful and cozy, we loved everything, and we will be back. The caretaker is friendly, ready to help us with what was needed, and it was nothing related to the stay, which was perfect, in addition to being very polite and discreet. The Host Luciano Service, extremely cordial and attentive, the property exactly as it is in the advertisement, easy location and close to the center, walk to the organic site and homemade sweets. And I also made the BBQ premiere.

We were received very well and the stay was great. The house is on a very beautiful plot of land with a lot of privacy, and leaving the house's grounds, you can find a market, pharmacy, bakery, pet shop and other services very close by. The structure of the house is very good and the rooms are very spacious. Great option for families. I recommend it.

The condominium is very nice Tranquilo, in the middle of nature. The house is very nice and well decorated, the garden well cared for, with a beautiful view of the mountain. The river with the natural pool and showers is one of the high points and catches the sun most of the day. Nossa Golden freaked out. A suggestion would be to have a sauna too, it would give an even more special touch to the experience. And there is a small cave that would be the ideal location. The descending staircase is steep but there is an easier alternative street. We were with an elderly couple and despite the initial concern it was not a problem. A few minutes by car there are good restaurants and the Serra dos Órgãos Park, with trails and waterfalls. Cássia e Ricardo, who take care of the space, and Tiago, who administers, were always very attentive and helpful. We recommend and would return.

everything perfect. the place is as shown in the photos. it has an excellent restaurant in the building's complex. The town we love to get to know the city and the place we stayed in.

The flat is exactly as in the photo, located in the best condominium in the region, which has wonderful infrastructure! We only stayed one night but the accommodation was wonderful! Clean bed and bath linens, tidy room and impeccable bathroom! It's definitely worth the cost benefit!

Evaluation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location of the apartment is just great! It is very close to the main tourist spots of Petrópolis, such as the Crystal Palace, the Princess Isabel House and the Cathedral – you can do everything on foot with tranquility. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, clean and organized, which made all the difference in the stay. The hostess was super attentive and gave me all the support I needed. I really enjoyed the experience, I definitely recommend it and would go back without thinking twice!

Adriana was simply very perfect, indicated to us places to eat and visit, the environment of the condominium is wonderful, all in a very tasty atmosphere, we were able to enjoy every little bit of the trip. Adriana was also very solicitous for the setbacks that came to appear. We are looking forward to returning.

Leo was a great host. He gave clear instructions, allowed a flexible check-in, gave tips on the surroundings, left treats (beer, juice, candies) and lent glasses for us to go to the festival, which, even if not used, was an endless kindness.
