Welcome to our newly built guest house, which is located in a quiet and scenic location in the middle of a lively countryside about 20 km southwest of Linköping and about 15 minutes from the E4. In the guest house, there are beds for four people and a sofa bed for two people. As day trips, we recommend Kolmården Zoo, Astrid Lindgren's World, Omberg, Gränna/Visingsö. Within a half-hour trip, you can also get to Old Linköping, the Air Force Museum, Göta Canal and Bergs Slussar, etc. The nearest swimming area is about 2 km away.

Soldattorp 119

Here you can feel the wings of history in the walls. Soldattorp 119 is a well-preserved 17th-century cottage that has been renovated with feeling and care. The history and soul of the cottage is preserved, but at the same time it is equipped to suit all the wishes of the modern guest. The entire interior breathes calm, when you step over the threshold through the ocher-yellow double doors, have a cup of coffee on the glass porch or listen to the rain in our favorite armchair, the stress of everyday life already feels distant.

Guest house of 55m2 plus loft with kitchen with dining for 6 people, bathroom with toilet, shower and washing/dryer, three bedrooms (two with double beds) and living room. Completely renovated in 2021. Two bedrooms downstairs. One with double bed and one with single bed. Loft upstairs with a king size bed. Parking space available for several cars.

Charming guest cottage in the countryside

Renovated guesthouse for 2 people, that belongs to the estate. Smoking is prohibited in the house and on the property. Animals are not allowed. Suitable for shorter stays near Linköping or Motala. Simple kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and two induction cooktops, for breakfast. Toilet and shower. There are two beds in a loft with a fairly steep ladder. Bring your own bed linens and towels. On the ground floor, there is a sofa bed for two people. Instructions will be sent after booking.

Charmig stuga, Gustavsberg, Himmelsby

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Nice guest house outside Klockrike

Just outside Klockrike we rent out our guesthouse. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and utensils. Bathrooms are located downstairs (with sauna, washer and dryer) and upstairs. Please note that bed linen is not included but can be rented for a fee. As the apartment is located on our farm, agricultural machines can pass outside the house during parts of the year.

White guest house in Sya

The small white guest house on our villa plot is 25 sqm and contains most of the amenities you need for a few nights. Outside, you will find a small undisturbed patio with raspberry fields as a neighbor and overlooking the entire garden. Quiet area close to Svartån. In the village there is also Kaptensbostaden, which offers auctions and has its own interior design shop with limited opening hours.

Central but peaceful accommodation with high standard. Less than 2 km to the train station, airport and city center. About 100 meters to the grocery store and 50 meters down to the walkway along the river where you can walk to restaurants and cafés. 75-inch QLED TV with Chromecast, home theater sound, Nintendo Switch docking station and various streaming services are included.

From the airport to the apartment it takes you about 10 minutes by car. To the center of Linköping it´s about 10-15 min (walking distance). The city's major conference center, Linköping Konsert och Kongress, is five minutes away. The accommodation suits couples, families and business travelers.
