Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

Seasidehouse at the High coast

The accommodation is divided into two houses. In the main building there is a kitchen, a bedroom, living room, lounge and shower room with washing machine. In the little cottage there are two large rooms, one with a double bed and a toilet (during the coldest winter months, we close the small WC when there is only summer water) and the other room has a large living room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Stove and oven available. The view is over the beautiful sea of Ullångersfjärden.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A modern Attefall house with wonderful sea views only 30 meters from the water in Björköfjärden. Perfect for the couple or the small family. Feel free to start the day with a morning swim from the stone pier 60 meters from the cottage or from the beach about 300 meters away and then sit on the balcony and enjoy freshly brewed coffee and the amazing view. Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
